“We got 20 wings and 16 chicken strips. Of course we also got those AMAZING fries! Love those things 🤤 Sherri was the manager on duty and who's name I got, but the whole crew was AMAZING! They made everything fresh for us and while we were waiting, I noticed that all three of the employees were working, but you could tell they clicked as a team and worked as one unit like a well oiled machine! Idk who's doing the hiring over there, but they're getting it right!“

“The place erupted when I walked in. Mark, who should be the manager, knows how to treat customers that deserve the VIP treatment.
The atmosphere was electric and I got to experience what makes Richmond a unique town. The fans cry out for a true football team, yet sadly have an incompetent coach (LNB3).

She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. “UPDATE: 02-17-2023They have really turned this location around in the past month I eat here 4 to 5 times a week and the staff seems to have changed out and actually cares about what they are giving you and making it clear what you have. The food has been really fresh,well presented and correct. Sometimes it's a little slower than other places but atleast you're getting fresh food.01/01/23 UPDATE:This location has went down hill. The orders never right even if you order through the app. The evening Manger doesn't know what goes their sandwiches and will argue that even what it says is on the sandwich isn't how it's made. I eat here almost daily but I'm gonna stop going until it improves.If you have more then one item it can take a while to get your order right. Make sure you check in your bag before leaving they have a issue with getting things plain. Other then that its great food its quick if you get the right thing. Great shake deals after 8pm and great tasting coke!“

“People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. At first there was a teenage boy who waited on me but my question prompted him to go get a manager, that is when a lady with the best eyeliner I’ve ever seen and several piercings walked up to help me. She was so helpful, answered all my questions, applied a discount to my order from the app and listened to me talk about how hard I worked today and I really appreciated all of that. After my experience with her I will make sure to eat at Fazolis more. I hope a higher up sees this bc she really deserves a “job well done” I was happier walking out then I was walking in and that just doesn’t happen often in this world so thank you nice lady manager at Fazolis! You made my bad day a little better 🙂 P.S. My family meal tasted amazing too!“

“This specific Dairy Queen does not know how to make a MooLatte! I get MooLatte's at every DQ I go to. I've been to this DQ two times (11 months apart), and both times the MooLatte was not very good. At other Dairy Queens they taste great... but not at this DQ.“

“Even though it’s saying that its closed i came to this location at 11:00pm and they were open. Service was pretty fast , very pleasant staff, soda area was clean as well as condiment area. Got my food pretty fast after i ordered.

“Our local Keeneland Dr Pizza Hut location is pickup or delivery only so atmosphere is not a concern. They do have a drive thru that is very convenient, which is why I went with 4 stars. The people at the window and the delivery drivers are always very polite and personable. Most of all, the pizzas and cheese sticks never disappoint! (We do not order other options, so not sure about other menu items.)
I can say we were ready to stop ordering Pizza Hut in general until this location stepped it up! Made us love Pizza Hut again. We frequently order from this location and have not been disappointed. I recommend trying this location if you have had previous bad experiences with other Pizza Huts before. It reminds me of Pizza Hut nights with my family as a kid!

“The employees are great here. The food is the food. I really liked the chicken & waffle slider but it's a little too sweet to get more than one. The sliders are good as usual. One odd thing though is, the dining area smells like urine, so I won't be going back inside.“

“Cook Out in Richmond, KY is clutch! I got the tray with 2 chicken quesadillas, Cajun fries, and cheese curds—so good and super filling. You seriously can’t beat the price. I fed my whole family of 4 (including two always-hungry teens) for under $35. Great food, fast service, and awesome value. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My first time eating at this location. It did take a little while to get my order, probably 5-7 minutes, but they were busy, and it was well worth the wait! The Philly was absolutely delicious and made exactly as asked, and the fries were hot, freshy and tasty. The crew was also very friendly. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but that's any sub shop you go to!

Parking: It can be somewhat difficult to navigate and park in this lot, as it's small and busy, but there also is additional parking across the lot by Ollie's if needed.“
