“Cookie dough with cookie in it. The girl behind the counter added chocolate chips that I didn’t want and immediately corrected it. It was soooooooo good. I will recommend the small. I got the regular size and it was too much. I love sweets, but it was like getting extra icing on wedding cake… it’s just too much. Highly recommend. Regular is the same cost as a small Blizzard at Dairy Queen… cold stone is much better!
Parking: Lots of good places in this shopping mall… so if Qdoba or McAlisters are busy… hard to park. You can park at Wendy’s.“

“First of all, we are not even sweets eaters. But, after our recent trip to Italy for the first time, we have been longing for authentic gelato. Stopped in tonight to get some to go, honestly was trying to keep my hopes reasonable. Bought mint choc chip, salted caramel and orange creamsicle. Tried two and oh my!!! The creamy texture and flavors took us right back! Love this place and will return!“

“A MUST visit!! Visiting here from Minnesota, was told this place is the best. Did not disappoint.
First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!
Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER had, and I have traveled alot and love ice cream. Wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!“

“My favorite Graeter's location. I usually get the same thing, but tried the seasonal peach melba sundae last night. Their peach ice cream is better than anyone else's. “We really like coming here and will continue however I have noticed that the tables are not wipe down from employees regularly just watch everyone’s reaction when it’s sticky on there tables i seriously got a large amount of a sticky arm I did not see it there and asked if they could wet a napkin for me the water fountain is turned off the manager had a short get together with the girls shaking his head no , they offered a cup of water, thank you I love my wife she wiped the other tables also I’m sure this was a health risk to ask for a wet towel and I apologized“

“The maple square was amazing, and the service was fast but no one acknowledged me until they were handing me the food. Not a big deal but a simple wave would've made me feel more comfortable as it was my very first time in a Crumbl store.
That and how busy they were didn't help the atmosphere. I mean yay. You're busy. But it was a small area with 2 other people waiting and workers working their butt's off. Not a great atmosphere.“

“Walked in today right as the owner was closing. He had already cleaned all equipment and once I noticed and apologized for walking in so late, he encouraged me to stay and offered to make me a shake and tea combo. It's rare today to not get turned away at close and I greatly appreciated the hospitality. And the shake and tea were fantastic; I feel much better!“

“I went to the Graeter's Ice Cream at 9430 Brownboro Rd. Louisville, Kentucky 40241. I walked in and the 5 caucasion kids working behind counter was just staring at me. I walked to counter and said I was picking up order. 3 more caucasian people walked through the door and everybody said "welcome in" That establishment is blatantly racist.“

“I enjoy going to this culvers like atleast 1 time a week. The frozen custard is to die for along with some fresh fries or a butterbuger OMGOODNESS people. Im not a super fan of fast food. “Dairy Queen in Middletown, KY is by far the best fast food restaurant in Middletown! Their customer service is second to none! I appreciate seeing the owner and his family running this store. “Kid-friendliness: The staff member who was working on our visit (3/12/24) was very kind to my kids who have been wanting to try rolled ice cream for a bit now! ? They were very excited, which didn't seem to perturb him a bit thankfully!They got Cookie Monster rolls with sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&M's which they just loved!
