We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! “This was my first East/West African eating experience and it did not disappoint. The spices, were delicious and so tasty. Please do not be put off by the old building. It's like the old saying, "don't judge a book by it's cover." The only negatives and mind you they weren't the worst things in the world. The incense upon arrival was a little extra, but didn't burn the entire time, the dessert menu needs some tweaking, and there was a slight language barrier with our waitress in training; the owner arrived and that was resolved. The owner is so friendly and helpful as well as answering questions and giving us samples of their homemade hibiscus juice; amazing!“

“1st visit and didn't know if the reviews were true but they are. Definitely will need a big appetite if you visit. I ordered the Beast burger, and I wasn't able to finish it. Took the rest home and devoured it, and wanted more. Absolutely the best burger I've ever had! The lemon berry cake with marscapone is a must! Can't wait to go back! This place is a real jewel!“

“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“Holy moly have I been missing out my entire life! We had been meaning to try Izzy’s for over a year since it is located right beside the Florence Chuck-E-Cheese that our kids enjoy going to quite frequently, but just never had went.

The Rueben is of course absolutely to die for, but the pastrami on pretzel roll is a whole another kind of amazing! We will most definitely be back! And the drive-thru employee that took our order was 110% top-notch as far as friendliness, familiarity with the menu and being able to recommend to customers who had never had an Izzy’s sandwich before! He was also super patient with my husband and myself!“

They have a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, very solid food, and a really good bourbon selection for very reasonable prices. My favorite part by far is that they give back to the community when they can and hold many fundraisers for good causes!"“

Then the young man at the counter greeted me right away and asked if I would like a menu. I told him I was from out of town and state and that this was my first time eating at a Skyline and he promptly walked through each of the options with me to give me an idea of all the ways I could have Skyline Chili. I really appreciated this. Everyone there was very polite, courteous, and friendly. Food was ready in a couple minutes and was delicious, reasonably priced, included large portions and plenty of extra onions, fresh cheese, and crackers, more than enough to have with the entire meal. Thank you Skyline crew on Hansel Avenue! I felt very welcome and valued as a customer, and was treated with kindness and respect on this my first visit to Kentucky and to a Skyline on 5/18/2024 at around 5pm.“

He listened and understood how cold I was and brought coffee asap and checked on me several times. Had chicken instead of steak, which was better than I expected. “When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. Can't say enough about Beefs, food is always fresh, hot and affordable. ALL staff members are extremely efficient and friendly. Beer is ice cold and cheaper than every other pub we visit. The best fish and chips I have ever eaten and the wings are phenomenal! AFC Championship Sunday....WHO DEY!! The loudest table at Beefs when our Bengals are on.“

Tony and Mike are the 3rd shift dream team at store 161 if they leave you might as well shut 3rd shift down cause service wouldn’t be the same I know I would definitely not be back in if that was to happen. “I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. “This is a wait on yourself kind of place. Order at a kiosk and prepare to have your name yelled out when you're order is ready. Great food if this casual atmosphere is what you're looking for.

Parking: You have to go down a side street and around the back of it too get to it.

Burgers were Juicy, bacon was real crispy, drive thru was a little slow but 2 suvs full of kids were in front of me so can't complain about it. Definitely better than the Freddy's across the way.... will return and update if consistency changes.“
