“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike Anderson’s and their incredible staff for hosting a wonderful Christmas party at their Prairieville location last night. My team and I had an amazing time, and I want to give special recognition to our waitress, Molly, for her outstanding service. A big thank you to Thomas and Desiree, who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing for many years, for taking such great care of us and providing the delicious appetizers—they were a perfect touch to the evening. You truly made my company feel welcomed and special, and we deeply appreciate everything you do for the community. The food was phenomenal, and the entire evening was a memorable experience. “My husband and I along with our 14 month old grandson stopped in today for lunch. It was a spur of the moment decision, we were passing by and I said it had been awhile since we’d eaten Philay’s, so let’s go eat there before his doctors appointment. I am SO glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family and were sat quickly. The ladies were so sweet to our grandson, talking about how cute he is and he was even given some fries to tide him over until the food got there. He’s a hungry growing boy for sure!! There was also an older couple seated next to us who were the nicest people. Our grandson LOVES food and lets it be known by how loud he NOM NOM NOM’s his food. He definitely kept them all entertained, they couldn’t get over how loud he was enjoying his French fries 😅😂 It will not be as long until we come back next time because of how welcoming everyone was today. Thank you for the yummy food and awesome service!!“

“I ordered 4 dz boiled crabs and 8 lbs of boiled shrimp for out of town visiting family members. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The #2 crabs were all full the shrimp were very very large. It was so yummy. This place has greatly improved. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much!“

“My family and I found this place randomly. We were craving crawfish, and we could smell how delicious it was while driving by. We stopped by chance and tried it out. It was absolutely what we were looking for! The sizes varied but were all filled with so much flavor. Great catches and the sides were also delicious. I highly recommend people stop and try these people out!“

“Ordered Spicy Shrimp & Chicken, and Shrimp & Broccoli. Portions were very generous. Included fried rice with an egg roll. During our visit, all the orders were to go. You can eat in, but the area is modestly appointed. Updated photos are provided to help understand the large menu items.

“We had our Office Christmas Party at the Cabin this passed Saturday evening and let me tell you I give this a 100/100. Good was amazing, staff was very friendly and professional and the room was beautiful. I recommend the Cabin to anyone. Thanks again.“

“Had a fine lunch with a great waitress! The white cheese dip is superior to other Mexican Restaurants in our area. An outstanding chips, bean dip, and salsa were served along the best taco salad (beef) with fresh chopped lettuce! Truly a delicious experience!“

“Great bunch of people that work there . I call and ask for a 100 lb of crawfish for a week in party . The had them made on time and I will tell you they was the best crawfish I ate in a very long time . You want some seafood you need to get to Duckroost they are awesome“

“This is the cafe' my father used to work at. I went back to feel his presence, I did. The place is kinda caught in a time Long since past, I guess that's what made it easy to feel him. I love those places where you can step back in time and know that it wasn't always like this, messed up.“
