“I booked a private party for 25 people for my dad’s 90th birthday. Ms Carol Gales was so easy to deal with and very helpful. On the night of the event everything was as promised. The food was great and the service team was spot on. The whole event went beautifully. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend. Also pricing was super reasonable!“

“Oysters and pita/crab dip were delicious! Service was a little rough. My husband got his oysters before I got my meal- he had that and his drink finished before I received my food. We tried to be patient because they were somewhat busy, but watched our server take off her apron and leave before ever coming back to our table after drop off. We had 2 other waiters and what looked like management walk by several times, and even though I tried to get their attention, never looked our way or stopped. Finally made eye contact with a gal working closer to the front who came over and was very sweet, apologizing as our waitress had just quit. She brought out my food that'd been sitting there for quite a while, so the muffalettas weren't great, coleslaw warm. She never came back or reassigned someone to us, no one checked on us for drink refills, etc. Had to flag her down to place another food and drink order, again because no one else was helping us. After that, zero service, no one stopped at our table to check on us, and nothing 'taken care of' for the mishap. We came at a time where we were able to see the end of one band and start of a new- both fantastic, so that was good. Would recommend based on food and music, maybe not so much service.“

The fries were fresh and crispy, and the staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can tell they care about the quality of their food. “One of the best meals I've had in New Orleans (and I live here). Two of us had a couple of cocktails, as well as two appetizers and two mains. The service was terrific. The bread appetizer and the strawberry & beet salad appetizer as well as the duck confit main course were all excellent. The gumbo main course was salty -- even for gumbo -- and the sausage seemed overcooked and rather dry. The cocktails were made very well as well. The prices were actually pretty reasonable for the ambiance and the quality.“

Something about my order came through as 2 burgers. We come back 20 minutes later. Not only do they bring out my food TO me but they also threw in the 2 burgers that the mix up came through as for free! Ray was the gentleman who assisted me, couldn’t have been more pleasant. 10/10 choice for dinner tonight on service alone“

“The potato I had from here made me sleepy it was so good and full. Prices are a tad bit high. I had a roast beef on bun with the potato. Overall the potato needed a little more seasoning as well as the roast beef. It was packaged nice and full but when you eating roast beef you want the seasoning to chase it. To say I had a seafood potato it shouldn't have been bland. I would dine again for a different experience.“

“Came here a few times. Food is okay, bar staff turns over a lot, and the owner charges for bathrooms on Mardi Gras, but the highlight is the band that plays on Sunday nights. I wish I could make it more often to see them. They should really get a better time slot!“
