“Take streetcar 47 or 48 from the French quarter. You book tickets online. Stop off at A Brocato for fresh filled cannoli and rum custard gelato. Just incredible. We found this place after an interesting visit to the Historic New Orleans Collection (try to time visit with the organ tour). What a fab day!

Visited again before we flew out. Rum Baba and folded pastry filled with citrus flavoured ricotta accompanied us to the airport and we enjoyed with a Cafe du Monde coffee before take-off. Thank you New Orleans.“

“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. I adore your establishment and wish we would ah e come sooner! But we WILL be back! and you guys will always be a top recommendation for everyone who asks places to go! “This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“

“I’m a terrible planner so I had no idea where to eat dinner, and I trusted my gut when I walked by. The lunch counter burger was amazing- but the SAUCE! I dipped my fries in it even! It was so good. Finished my burger off with the Kitten Highball, and highly recommend it. It hit the spot after an 11 hour drive from hades. The staff were so laid back and I really enjoyed hearing their enthusiasm while discussing new ideas and flavors. And hearing their staff communicate and work as a team showed a level of care for their job too many lack. There was a regular there that just added to the conversation and atmosphere in the best way. The decor was on point with a splash of unique and “I need to know the story behind that”. I can’t complain. Even if you paid me. If I lived here it’d be a regular joint for me. Alcohol, ice cream, good food, good vibes and good music? Every box checked and then some.“

“The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. I give them a 10/10 for their customer service and their frozen lemonade! 6/17/2023“

Someone else complained about the prices, but this is a small business located on the competitive Magazine Street and keeping up with the 2024 economy. They are fairly priced for the effort and innovative flavors! Happy to go here!“

“I have a hard time trying to find a snoball stand that can make a cotton candy with condensed milk how I like it. This place gets it right everytime. They are very consistent.They also sell snacks , nachos, and other food items. Definitely one of my favorite snoball spots icing on the cake is that it’s right Nextdoor to Casnets so i can order my seafood plate too ?☺️ Yummy ?“
