“This is a quaint cozy space with outstanding food. It’s definitely not the place that you’re going to for your selfies and tik tok videos or whatever the next/last trendy photo spot is. The service and staff were friendly and approachable. The food was blissful. It was so good we forgot to take pictures before we devoured it all. The hand roll special was delectable and well priced for the quality and ingredients. The only thing I could have done with out was the spicy mayo in it bc it takes away from the flavors of the fish a little.

“My husband and I stopped here tonight to have dinner on our way out of town. The restaurant was clean, the employees were pleasant, and the food was delicious. Between the two of us, we ordered: the lobster roll poboy with garlic butter, the hibachi fried rice bowl with chicken, and the crab rangoons. Each dish was delightfully fresh and hit the spot. Highly recommend!“

“I come here all the time so figured I should finally leave a review.
This is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans by a long shot. The food is phenomenal, the staff is the friendliest I have found at any restaurant period. The prices are super reasonable and are a large part of why I come so often.
My favorite roll is the Snow Crab roll.
They also have a great cocktail menu, but my favorite beverage they sell is their takara plum wine.“

“The pork belly was delicious and so was the snowcrab salad! The sushi was super fresh and I was amazed at the prices. There were so many things on the menu that I wanted to try! “I did a reservation for the private karaoke room for my birthday and LOVED IT. The food was good, the drinks were honestly cheap if you get the bottles. The experience was unforgettable (even after a few too many drinks), and the service was very nice. We were a group of 8 and our bill came out to close to $475. And that was after no less than 6 bottles and about 4 cocktails. The party menu is a great deal. I cannot recommend doing the private rooms enough. So fun!“

“At times, when you go to a restaurant and order from the hibachi menu, everything tastes just like the last hibachi food you ate, but the food here was amazing! Even their simple salad with ginger dressing was amazing. The server was quick and responsive and the chef was great.“

“Great little hole in the wall, no frills spot. I have only tried the sushi so far and am impressed with the quality (especially of the raw salmon), portion sizes and really reasonable prices. I have been going once a week since I discovered them. Very sweet people as well. Definitely recommend!“

“The sushi here is some of the best I've had. The tea was awful, but the food itself was amazing. The house roll is one of the best things I've eaten, and I'm not usually a fan of cream cheese in my sushi rolls. The vegetables were fresh, the BBQ eel hot, and the flavors perfectly balanced.“
