“I mean yeah they're stuff is good but their staff is super unprofessional. They sometimes get my drinks completely wrong and they huff about having to remake it or anyone elses drinks. As well as the unprofessional conversations they have to each other and talking bad about different sexualities than themselves. It's really disgusting and I feel like I have to rush myself to get my food and get out. Do better.“
“I've lived in the area for almost 20 years and never once stopped here. My husband & I are in the area visiting & decided we'd get some Doughnuts & try it, and we were not disappointed!! If you are ever in the West Springfield area & want some homemade fresh Doughnuts, Donut Dip is your place.Parking: Parking may be limited as it is in a small location for one & depending on what time of day you go, it can be very busy.“
“For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon I really need a delicious cup of coffee. THANK YOU to the staff at 596 Ella Grosso Rd.“
“Great donuts and pastries. Donuts are double the size of Dunkin at a similar price. Their coffee is flavored and doesn’t use flavor shots. So that’s a bonus for me as the flavor shots at Dunkin give me heartburn. The service is quick and accurate. I’d recommend this as a little treat“
“Standard food and coffee so you know what to expect- long lines in morning due to popularity so it’s quicker in a time crunch to go inside- everyone is pleasantParking: We’ll lit and plenty of spaces as drive thru most popular!Kid-friendliness: It’s a fast food place- need I say more?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“I forgot to grab half of my order this morning and was about to turn out of the parking lot onto the main road, and a Dunkin employee ran out to my truck to bring the rest of my order to me. I can’t thank you guys enough for your great service! Thank you!!“
“I come to this Dunkin all the time to use the wifi for school work, Today I came in they greeted me not even - 1 second as I walked in the door. My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“
“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite. The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“
“Tonya the best, She doesn't make mistakes, cares for the people, remembers our coffees! Tonya took this place over and the customer service has been on point ever since! She Deserves any kind of raise she can get! Completely a different atmosphere with her as manager! No other Manager that has run this DD has worked it like she does! Keep her!!!“
“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“
“I go to this Dunkin' specifically because of the wonderful staff! I usually stop after class and grab something to eat and drink. They always make every order perfect and are super kind and nice. I'll always keep coming back to this Dunkin! :“
“The lady taking orders was very rude and not at all welcoming. The man serving was very nice and pleasant . I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and the sandwich came without a sausage patty. Overall would go back. Not horrible. I understand that it is early in the morning.“
“Pitstop on our way home south. The ladies were busy but very attentive. We were coming in with our toddler to use the bathroom and the worker had the bathroom key ready for us. I REALLY appreciated that. While my husband tended to the toddler I ordered a coffee and some munchkins. The women seemed busy with the drive-thru and I had to wait BUT their sincere ‘thank you for waiting’ was all that was needed.Great service. Thank you!“
“Today, they were out of ice coffee. I asked if they could make me one the "old- fashioned way" (hot coffee poured over a cup full of ice). They obliged, and it was the best Dunkin iced coffee I had in years!❤️ Thank you Dominique and Zack for taking the extra time to make it for me!“
