“I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.“

“I been going to this dunks for awhile and seen alot of different employees since I work in the area time to time and the guys Gene and Tyler working at this location now just make your morning!. Coffee and latte always on point, my sandwich perfectly toasted everytime! Plus friendly service all the time! Listen if anyone else is working its a toss up but those guys haven't failed me yet!“

“this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹

It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive.
