“I’ll give it 4 cause the new manager there was pretty nice explained it to me …….I ordered snacking bacon was served Cold like they came out of fridge manager came out saying that they serve the snackin bacon room temp. Huh? They almost looked Raw. But the manager explained that we as the customer have to tell them how we like it cause not everyone wants them hot and crispy. Makes sense , cause when customers order coffee they have to tell The worker how you want your coffee or your sandwich.“

“I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.“

My favorite item to get here is the corned beef hash breakfast with two eggs, home fries, and toast.The honey dip donut is amazing, even more so when they're still warm. All this and I have still not mentioned the insanely reasonable prices! Linda's is a must try!“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!“

“Let there be…space! Most dunks in Brighton or any Bostonian neighbor/suburb are unable to fit my left leg never mind my hyperactive children! This dunks was a little different and allows space to breathe! Imagine that, people aren’t breathing directly on your donut or breakfast sandwich! Plus it was clean and the staff were all they need to be. While it’s nice to have that overly nice cashier at times, there are other times that you just want your damn coffee! Lol“

“It’s good there but I would wise if they work on the way they prepare their hush brownies. I think they make them in the morning and keep them by the time you come to buy them they are already hard like a rock.. please change the way you prepare them because my kids like them“

“After a long day at work I normally don't stop for coffee but for some reason I just felt like I really wanted to get something to drink. I decided to try something new and went with an iced Americano, with cold foam, butter pecan syrup and blueberry or maybe coconut unsweetened flavoring. Whatever I got though it was amazing. Hands down one of the best rings I've ever ordered and I'll always get that from now on!! Thank you dunks for making a delicious drink. Plus it was the weekend too so that extra caffeine kept me up pretty late that night, which I can't complain.“

Vegetarian options: Love the egg and cheese, but default they come with bacon. A tad annoying that you pay for bacon when you don't want any. Donuts are good.“
