“I’ll give it 4 cause the new manager there was pretty nice explained it to me …….I ordered snacking bacon was served Cold like they came out of fridge manager came out saying that they serve the snackin bacon room temp. Huh? They almost looked Raw. But the manager explained that we as the customer have to tell them how we like it cause not everyone wants them hot and crispy. Makes sense , cause when customers order coffee they have to tell The worker how you want your coffee or your sandwich.“

“I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.“

“The Glazed donuts and coffee roles are to DIE for .They’re Always friendly when I come in . Great local donut shop. Their Glazed donut is my favorite donut on the planet. If it were as healthy for me as broccoli , I’d come in daily.“

“The desserts are amazing we got there too late and missed the mochi donuts. But we got this other mochi dessert with cream and custard filling. It was so so good, and even better the next day. One has a match cream and another a custard filling. We will definitely be back to try their other stuff.“

“What a great experience I had! Michael and Thawn made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even though I changed my mind after initially ordering. Additionally, when I asked for the specific mochinut I had been craving, he told me they were out, but would make one for me if I was willing to wait for that. The tea and mochinut were outstanding. I recommend their green tea with boba and the chocolate mochinut! Great great service, if you are looking for a sweet treat in the area, this is the place to go.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“After a long day at work I normally don't stop for coffee but for some reason I just felt like I really wanted to get something to drink. I decided to try something new and went with an iced Americano, with cold foam, butter pecan syrup and blueberry or maybe coconut unsweetened flavoring. Whatever I got though it was amazing. Hands down one of the best rings I've ever ordered and I'll always get that from now on!! Thank you dunks for making a delicious drink. Plus it was the weekend too so that extra caffeine kept me up pretty late that night, which I can't complain.“

“As a local plumber I travel all around Boston and I've been to many a Dunkin donuts. This Dunkin' donuts here in Brighton is absolutely the best. The coffee is always fresh and the people are always friendly. No joke if you don't believe me you should go in and see for yourself“

It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

“I have been to over a 100 different dunks while traveling through New England. I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.“
