“this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

“The outdoor seating is a big plus. It has a nice atmosphere. It is easy to miss if you are driving by. There is a very small parking lot in the back which is helpful. The staff was very friendly here, more than at other locations. There are alot of sugary baked goods to choose from plus other food choices.
