“We were looking for breakfast that we could order ahead and would also be delicious. Sunny Girl fit the bill perfectly. We ordered our sandwiches en route and rhey were ready, waiting, and hot when we got there. It was early in the morning and we didn't hsve to wait long before we headed back out and on our way.

It was hard to take a great photograph while walking around, but I promise you the breakfast grilled cheese was delicious! Highly recommend.“

“I expected more than corned beef out of a can from the description on the menu. The home fries were cold. Good sized portions and the service was adequate. We chose another breakfast place for the next day. Great location, though, in a walkable neighborhood .“

“Food was great I've had Mike and Patty's twice both times food was delicious only constructive criticism I have is with the app it doesn't allow for you to customize as you please for example had the steak and cheese. The first day came out awesome week. Later was trying to try the bomb steak and cheese.
But I don't eat mushrooms, and it didn't allow me to take out the mushrooms only what cheese I wanted, or if I wanted cheese or not.
That's my only complaint.“

“Very friendly atmosphere and accommodating to our youngest who is wheelchair bound. Nice little spot with a mom and pop feel to it. Food was very tasteful and service was wonderful! Great tasting coffee and prices are affordable, great little find. :) Will definitely be back if ever in the area again.“

“I love this place. I just opened a business right down the street, so I knew the location was good- but after i found this place not even a minute walk away, i am never moving. Get the pastrami sandwich, everything on it. You wont be disappointed. Also service is always 10/10“

“One of my top breakfast choices in Boston. This is probably the best deal in the city of Boston for Breakfast. The plates are so well seasoned and plenty of food. I love the patty sausage and eggs cheese plate with grits. In addition, I love their corned beef hash.

It is cash only but definitely worth it!

This is a sleeper in Boston. If you don't go here, you are definitely missing out on a great breakfast and deal. Staff has been there forever and are very nice.“

Went to Mike and Patty’s in high rise and they had no bacon so we left and found this place. 2 egg, toast, homefries and bacon with coffee for two was $20. Total. “The BYO lox bagel. Btw not an issue at all that the toppings were on the side. It was 10/10 the best I’ve ever had. Came with the right amount of everything so if you wanted more or less, it was up to you. Ofc onion, tomato and capers. Suggest with jalapeño cheddar and scallion CC. “I have been going to Maryann's for a while. Its a local breakfast and lunch place. All the food is cooked to order by Bob the Owner. I usually go for Breakfast but Lunch items are available as well. It is usually a 1 person operation except for Saturdays when Georgia usually works as a Server. Coffee is freshly brewed and very tasty. it is cash only but the gas station across the road has an ATM. Give them a try.“

“Service was fast and friendly, coffee felt overpriced but I was proven wrong as you get almost two whole portions for the cold brew and it was delicious. My chicken and waffles was great, my boyfriend’s omelette was ok but it came with a laughable amount of home fries especially for the price. Probably wouldn’t return for food but might stop by for coffee!“

“When I lived in Dorchester, I could hardly believe how old this is. Build 84 years before this became a country outstanding! There are a lot of historical buildings in Boston, they are a must-see when you visit. Just try to street clear of the Mass ave nonsense.“

“This place fixed my jet lag... First time in Boston, first place I went, ordered the Capitol Breakfast. Pancakes are the best, sausage and eggs delicious too, and great coffee.

“In August I took my mobility-challenged Dad to iHop for lunch. He used to go to this location frequently when starting his career, especially on the night shift, and has fond memories. We went at midday to avoid crowds. As we were crossing the flat parking lot (yay, thank you!) with me pushing his wheelchair, a car beeped and an iHop employee got out of her car to hold the door. She then left, but had stopped at the end of her shift to to help. Another employee inside immediately came and held another door. The staff was so kind and helped find a good comfortable spot. The food was delicious - and the coffee as good as always. It was the first time we didn't get breakfast food. My Dad loved the BLT and especially the onion rings. He got the senior sandwich which was perfect size and a good price for seniors. I had the chicken biscuit sandwich. I reluctantly saved a piece to bring home to my mom because I knew she'd love it so I wanted her to try. The service was impeccable. They were attentive but let us linger. My Dad enjoyed himself without feeling like he was holding anyone up. He doesn't like to go out a lot, due to mobility and memory challenges, but he had such a good time. Next time I'm home we will be back. Thank you for a great experience!“
