I never had such a great experience with chicken fries and now all other BKs will disappoint me. It makes me sad this location is over an hour away from where I live. Haha!“

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

“I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".

“I want to sincerely thank and uplift two incredible young women we met during our visit to 99 Restaurant in Chicopee: Kindra and Karlee Z.

Kindra was the first person we saw as we entered. Though soft-spoken, she radiated quiet grace and dignity. With her glasses, shy smile, and calm confidence, she reminded me of someone deeply dedicated to her work and to the people she serves—even in just a few brief moments, you could feel her gentleness and future potential shining through. She didn’t say much, but her energy stayed with me: peaceful, humble, and kind.

Our waitress, Karlee Z, was simply amazing. She’s the kind of person who lights up a room—charismatic, funny, warm, and full of life. I don’t know how young she is, but either way, she gives me hope for the future. She was incredibly attentive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent. When my partner, who has a medical history that includes strokes and seizures, accidentally ordered the wrong meal (a seafood platter he mistook for a larger entrée), she handled the whole thing with such compassion and care. Even though we were cracking up over the mix-up, she stayed sensitive to the situation and replaced his meal without charging us. No judgment—just kindness and grace.

We ended up joking with her that the tip we gave her was actually to cover the bill (we gave it before paying), and she got the joke immediately—she played along, laughed with us, and made the whole experience feel like a moment of joy shared among old friends.

And of course—the food! Spectacular. Absolutely delicious. My partner chooses 99 as his place of celebration. He’s been coming here for years to mark meaningful moments in his life. He loves the food, and more than that, he feels safe, elegant, and at home in this environment. That kind of comfort is rare and beautiful.

“Giving this place 4 stars because generally I've had a good experience ordering food from here. The food is always hot/tastes good. I've only had one issue w an incorrect order before and even tho management eventually provided gift cards for the inconvenience, they were pretty reluctant to at first...it was also the only option they were willing to offer because they refused to provide a refund.“

“I placed an order for 2 milkshakes and a large Cajun fry. The lady who took our order definitely messed up my milkshake. It tasted like straight vanilla. I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. (I was having a terrible day before this and wanted a milkshake because they’re always so good. He definitely made my night!)“

“I've been functionally homeless since March and have been staying at the cheap motel in the back and while I've been here the staff have not only been professionals but have been extremely welcoming to a point where I have felt like a member of the community on their merit alone and I couldn't be more thankful their hospitality even has me on the verge of tears as their management even went out and helped me feel better on my birthday a gesture they didn't have to do... I hope the staff understands how much they're appreciated“

“Tacos are delicious and there’s a wide assortment of different Spanish and Mexican food. They always use fresh ingredients too and you can taste it!

Parking: There’s a parking lot to park there but it’s shared between the taco truck and another convenient store which sometimes makes parking a little bit more annoying than usual but it’s well worth it!“

“I love Wendy's I really do and I do like this location but the last time I went there it was a disappointing and hilarious visit... when I went I side they said that I had to go through drive through then they didn't have several items and only had 2 cause types at that time. In the end my friend and I laughed it off due to them actually giving me so much pickles it filled a small cup for chilly ( I asked for a handful of pickles on the side ) 😅.. i was very happy they obliged my pickle addiction hahaha.. also for some reason I ended up with cheese on my chicken sandwich that I didn't ask for and did t really know how I felt about it ... lol“
