“Went to On the Grind this morning after seeing a post about them having a coconut bagel. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and know each of their regular customers. I watched them greet many and knew exactly what they were going to order or already had a preorder waiting. I ordered the coconut bagels for my son and I. One with regular cream cheese and one with pineapple cream cheese and they did not disappoint!!! The coconut bagel with pineapple was delicious and not overly sweet and lots of toasted coconut. Highly recommend trying this little hidden gem!“

“We hired Capito Coffee for our Winter Party at SAVY Little Playhouse, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I wanted a barista experience for parents to enjoy great coffee while the kids played, and Capito Coffee exceeded every expectation. Gianna was wonderful to work with during the booking process: incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. She even sent a confirmation email the day before(during the holidays!) the event, which I really appreciated and found so reassuring.

Declan, our barista, was truly a gem. He was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make everyone feel taken care of. The coffee was delicious, genuinely high quality and guests were raving about it.

They were on time, polished, reasonably priced, and delivered an amazing experience. I would rebook them in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation. If you’re considering Capito Coffee for an event, do it! you won’t regret it!“

“My girlfriends and I stopped into this little diner on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious (classic comfort food done right!) Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and our meals came out surprisingly fast. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier!! They treated us like regulars from the moment we walked in. You can really feel the heart and pride they put into their place. Definitely one of those hidden gems that makes you wish every restaurant still had this kind of charm and hospitality. “Hello Cafe Nero! This is a lovely establishment. The coffee is delectable and the food pastries and environment and ambience are breathtaking but the food you don’t look at too much you just eat it but it’s very good when you eat it. It’s delicious. I love the seating. Sometimes we sit outside another time we sit inside, but both are great when I go to Café Nero. I like to get many things sometimes I get a caramel cappuccino sometimes I get a cold brew sometimes I get a latte and it’s always lovely no matter what I get the butter crumb cake is one of my favorite things. It’s so yummy. I also like the chocolate croissants. I also like the tiramisu I got that the other day it was pretty good 10 out of 10 I would say anyway the baristas ambience, food, and coffee is the best thank you, café Nero“

“Do not miss this spot if you are visiting Salem. We had treats from our Air B&B which caused us to go in person. Everything was lovely, delicious and fresh. Customer service was fantastic. We had croissants, a bagel sandwich, fresh bread, the most amazing cookies and, my favorite, the spinach and leek puff with everything seasoning. The coffee was great too. Thanks so much!“

“I was on an errand Yesterday to the Post Office Boxes for a friend. I got there about 2 minutes after 12 and just missed them. I had no idea they closed for lunch, and I missed them by minutes. Being from out of town, I decided to walk Lexington Ave, which was lovely. My son was with me and we decided to stop in to Girlfriends (love the name) for coffee. Once there, the menu, the atmosphere and the people were great and we decided to eat. The food was great, reasonable and Cindy our waitress was just fun. We met a couple from Connecticut visiting and began chatting. It’s just that kind of atmosphere that lets you be comfortable and at home. Go enjoy and take the leftovers home for another meal. Great place. Decided that each time I go to Gloucester, I’m going there as well. Enjoy.“

“Wife and I stopped by on Halloween morning, wanted to support local instead of corporate. The line was long, with it being Halloween and all, but they got us in and out fairly quickly. Grabbed an iced americano and one of their breakfast sandwiches. Both were fantastic and just what I needed to fuel my day walking around historic Salem!“

“This place was extremely cute they are located on a super cute little corner in town and it was my first time there and coming around the corner seeing this small cute coffee shop was absolutely awesome. They had pretty good coffee but I think their main things are their sandwiches they had a killer BLT and i enjoyed that thing throughly it was a very good sandwich! As well as the whole vibes of the place it was sooo cute on the inside with a bit of seating for people to sit down in at the other end. They had a beautiful wall for just paintings they were selling and I was so tempted to get one since they were so beautifully drawn! Overall this place is definitely worth the drive adorable place!“
