“Lowe’s Donuts is such a gem! Everything here tastes homemade and fresh, but the Coffee Cakes and Whoopie Pies are truly absolutely delicious and unlike anything else around. I also tried their Apple Cider Donut Whoopie Pie, and wow… it instantly became my new fall favorite. Perfect balance of cinnamon, apple, and sweetness in every bite! You can tell they put a lot of love and creativity into what they bake. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and grab a treat (or three). You won’t be disappointed!“

“Needed my Sunday afternoon caffeine fix and stopped here for a while. Their hazelnut cold brew is nice.
Nice atmosphere to work at or journal, while you drink coffee. They have free WiFi as well.
The woman at the counter was super nice!

“We ordered lunch. She had the Tuna melt - Delicious!! I had the Garden salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was moist and also delicious. Salad was HUGE. Service was superb! Highly recommend.“

“Located within a gas station, all the girls working behind the counter were very friendly and offered great suggestions about what coffee flavors and combinations they can make. We ended up going with 2 medium regular iced coffees, one with a Cinnamon Bun flavor and the other Irish Creme I think. Unfortunately, it was later in the afternoon and all their donuts were gone.Goes to show you that if you want their donuts then you need to get there early!“

And even better I don't know how or why but their donuts are so much better than any other Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. “This Dunkin’ location is a tier above all others in the area. Friendly, organized, efficient, accurate, clean… and this is all coming from someone who visited during a huge rush, including during a Box o’ Joe order (which depletes their hot coffee and makes things harder for a few minutes!). I came here because there’s no power in Andover and I wanted Dunkin’. It’s a few minutes away from my place but now I have a new go-to Dunkin’. Also, excellent parking and nicely-laid-out drive-thru.“

“I love my DD ice coffee but I just ordered 2 sandwiches (mobile) with walk in pick up. Got home and the eggs and sausage are missing from one sandwich (so it was bread and cheese) and the other sandwich had an inch of pesto in it (when the sandwich isn't suppose to have it). I tried to call but no answer. Crazy as it wasn't busy at all.“

Parking: I drive truck and its hard to find a Dunkin that trucks can park off street, But this Dunkin has a big lot in back of store where trucks can park off street, Awesome just Awesome“

“After a night out on the town, in the streets of Fenway Boston— my friends and I cut through this town on our way home to Maine and we met the most comical sarcastic attitude, which we loved, in the drive thru— she greeted us and let us place three separate orders and assisted me with choosing a donut when they didn’t have the first two I wanted— and referred to the donut as “a jelly for the belly”— hilarious and when we pulled up to the window she was the coolest cat there— shoutout to this Dunkin, gave us a good travel story for when we get back to Maine,, NEXT!“

“I was just here this morning. I walked in grabbed a coffee, looked around a little bit and everything looks good. This is not just a liquor store there is a Dunkin donuts here. My coffee was made so fast I barely had time to turn around and look into the refrigeration. The coffee was good. Im requesting that you let the sugar sit in the hot coffee abot longer before you add cream and milk. I don't mind waiting an extra minute.“

“At 7:30 PM on a rough road trip, I stopped in Haverhill, MA because I needed exactly 2 things - a restroom, and a bite to eat. Somehow the first three places I tried could not offer both of those things. So shouts out to this Dunkin location for having open bathrooms and selling food. Not only that, the bathroom was mostly clean, and the food was adequate and served quickly. As for the rest of Haverhill, MA: congratulations on somehow being a worse than average Massachusetts town.“

“Very nice service they have a drive thru restaurant was clean and nice food tasted good and had good selection. Food took a little bit long to get otherwise was nice. Hot chocolate was very hot but tasty.

Parking: They have parking lot that was empty at 8:30pm might be busy in the morning“
