This pizza restaurant serves pizza, pasta and chicken tenders and I must say that the quality of food and service was excellent!

To start I was greeted by this amazing personality called Robin. Robin was so warm and, welcoming and friendly that I almost thought I was visiting family. She asked great questions to inquire about what I had a taste for. She then made some recommendations and made sure that I was getting something that I would be happy with. I ended up trying the pizza, spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs and cheesy garlic bread. She informed me that it would take a few minutes because she had to make the bread sticks by order. I took the food to go and she made sure my food was packed to travel!“

“I really struggle with ARFID mainly my safe foods also being brand specific. Pizza is one of the foods that's easy for me to so exposure with. You really can't get that fancy with plain or pepperoni pizza but you can go wrong with the ingredients. Sometimes the cheese is weird, too much sauce or its sweet. After having visiting Augustines 3 times now, I can officially say after 10 years of living in western ma that I finally have a new safe restaurant for pizza that isn't a chain. The dough is perfect. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce; the sauce isn't sweet or gives off a pasta sauce taste. Ive tried so many different pizza places in the valley and always resort to Dominos. Now I can resort to some REAL food. Yall are amazing“

“I've been going to Indian Orchard pizzeria for over 40 years. Before I was tall enough to reach the counter. The pizza tastes just as good today as it did 40 years ago. The prices are the best around. The lady of the shop Mrs. Ferrara is such a kind and loving woman. When I walked in there May 1st 2026 I couldn't believe my eyes. There she was running the shop at 90 years old! She puts so much love into making pizza and that's why it's still tastes great to this day!! Here's to many more years Mrs. Ferrara!!!!“

“We had my baby shower at John’s Pizzeria in Chicopee, and the experience was amazing! Booking was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. They even let us decorate, which made everything feel so special. Our waitress, Dailene, was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner also came out to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their customers. 10000/10 experience! I highly recommend this place if you’re planning an event. “First time visiting. Love the atmosphere & decor. We were seated right away for a Friday night dinner with no reservation. Service was great. Meals were fantastic! We had Chicken Parmesan and Gorganzola on Main. The portions were so large that I had two more meals of the chicken gorganzola to bring home (not a complaint). Definitely worth it! My only negative comment is that there was supposed to be spinach in that dish and if it was there, it was cut too small to find. We will go back!“

Their pizza looks nice, so not sure why they don't photograph it. Tasty food, pizza not greasy, it's kind of old-school American Italian style. More of a takeout spot since seating is limited. Visiting from out of town and I would definitely order again.“

Let me just say… y’all nailed it. The flavor was on point, but what really stood out was the topping distribution! Every bite had the perfect balance. No empty slices, no overload in one spot… just consistent, quality pizza all the way through. Especially close to closing, I appreciate the quality control.

I’m not saying I’m ready to fully commit yet 😂 but let’s just say I’ll definitely be ordering again… once I figure out how to break up with my other spot.
