“I absolutely loved my experience here. my wife and I went this past weekend for the first time for our anniversary and we left having a new favorite place in Boston. The menu is completely vegan and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Chunk steak, the short ribs, the maple boneless wings, a martini and a mocha latte. everything was so good and their house made vegan ranch is the best vegan ranch I've had to date. All of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable and enjoyable. Don't let this place pass you by, it's incredible“

“I don't like to be 'that guy; who makes a mountain out of a mold, so I'm going to give this place a well deserved star rating for the attributes listed on google maps. However, as good as this place is, as an individual who has worked as a bartender for 2years, i judge institutions both on the the basis on their staff in their work hours performance and their post work courtesy. You can be the most excellent bartender during work, but how you conduct yourself a few minutes after work reflects your values as a human being. So, while i wont explicitly express any issues regarding the service during effective operational hours, i am rather disappointed by the response post work hours on a humanistic level, and going off of that principle, Sylvan i am must say i am rather disappointed. it really doesn't cost you anything to offer considerate behavior and a glass of water to a customer who lost track of time and stayed a few minutes beyond closing hours. Nevertheless, i believe in a meritocracratic society and i will give the 4.5 stars for the indubitably admirable performance of the staff during official hours.“

Ordered the lobster roll (when in Rome, right) and it came loaded with both lobster and a huge side of fries. Wasn’t expecting all of that, left fries even. “500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

“My wife and I visited Square Cafe in Hingham last night and we had an awesome dinner! I can't say enough good things about this place. Probably one of THE BEST meals I've had in a long time when dining out. The food...all of it....our appetizers, entrees and dessert was outstanding! Our waiter Jamis was the best! If you haven't tried Square Cafe, do yourself a favor and give it a try. We will definitely be a repeat customer!“

“Petra our server was truly exceptional, as were the other members of the staff. Clearly someone has done a good training job. Atmosphere, upbeat and enjoyable, beautiful views, not crowded, could be a bit loud when really busy. The food was very, very good. I recommend the beet salad with the salmon, which had an unusually crispy exterior without being overcooked. The grilled shrimp on the same beet salad were also perfectly cooked and seasoned nicely. . Eggs Benedict were good although we were not fond of the Portuguese bread, but OK. The ruby red mock cocktail was outstanding.
Other than the super service the espresso was best of all!!

“Really good upscale mediterranean food, with a solid decor and ambience. They change their menu every now and then, but the food presentation is great. The indoor seating is spaced out and they offer outdoor seating as well. Definitely worth a repeat visit!
