“My first time in and we will be back! The smells! The food! And of course the best coffee. We loved the vibe and the different seating options. Great way to step away from the chaos and into a different world for a beat.“

“Glazed Bytes Coffee is selling itself short by being tucked inside a tiny, painfully forgettable mall in Brookline. The coffee itself? Not forgettable at all.

We ordered two Cloud Foam Lattes (I think that was the name), and that foam was ridiculous in the best way possible. It sits somewhere between an absurdly fluffy marshmallow and canned whipped cream, except smoother, creamier, and somehow lighter at the same time. I genuinely have no idea how they made foam feel “luxurious”, but there we are.

The coffee underneath actually held its own too. Strong flavour, unique profile, not just another Instagram café trying to survive off aesthetics and oat milk. Properly good coffee.

Honestly, the mall needs them more than they need the mall. Places like this drive foot traffic way harder than another random clothing shop nobody remembers walking into. More food spots. More cafés. More reasons for people to actually stay there.

“I've been going to Ovenbird for over a year now. The staff are always kind and the food and drinks are always delicious! I would especially recommend the strawberry rhubarb hand pies. Also, if you're visiting the Acton Farmers' Market, be sure to check if Ovenbird is there that day.“

“We had a great meal at Stella. It has such a warm and homey vibe when you enter, with delicious food. All the pastas are exceptional; simple but really high quality. The menu is a little small but all the items were executed really well. The only point of criticism is that the meatballs were a bit too bready in texture. This definitely seems to be a restaurant that is frequented by locals, and overall we would come back!“

“Love this spot!! I had the ube milk tea with ube pudding. It was great. It reminded me of a milkshake. It was very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth this drink is definitely for you! I also had the veggie pan fried buns and they came out so fresh and flavorful. Definitely a favorite on the menu. The only thing is you may have to wait quite a bit for your item. Definitely do not come here for a quick grab and go trip. Try ordering ahead. Good food quality takes time.“

Instead I waited till the promised time on the order and got it. I am sure it had been ready for a few minutes. “I give it five stars. Best spot I found in the area. I was here on a week-long business trip and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here every day, - nothing better in the county. Everything is tasty, fresh, high quality, fast, and reasonably priced. Breakfasts, bowls, and paninis were especially good. Free fruit-infused water in the dining area is a nice touch. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.“

“Cafe Fresh is such a great spot for a fresh and delicious breakfast! They have a large selection of fresh bagels that you can customize however you like, whether you want a simple spread or a full sandwich. They also have muffins, cookies, chips, bottled drinks, and a great selection of hot or iced coffee with different flavors.

I ordered an onion bagel with lox cream cheese, and it was absolutely delicious and so fresh! The bagel had the perfect crunch on the outside while still being soft and chewy on the inside, and there was just the right amount of cream cheese.

Whether you want to sit down and enjoy your breakfast or grab something quick to take on the go, Cafe Fresh is a great choice. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

“Ikigai was on my to-go list for a while and I’m so glad I finally went. I got there at opening and there was already a long line but I did not mind the wait it since it was in a lovely rose garden! I got a Vietnamese coffee and a strawberry matcha within 30 minutes of arriving. This was the best matcha I have ever had and the coffee was insanely good as well. I plan on being there every Sunday now to try everything!“

“Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. “I first tried this place while working at one of the businesses in the industrial park in which it is situated. But I’m pretty sure anyone can eat here during hours of operation. There was a hot grill with rotating daily specials as well as fresh cold sandwiches and grab&go items. Prices were reasonable and the location is very convenient to the nearby businesses.“
