“Glazed Bytes Coffee is selling itself short by being tucked inside a tiny, painfully forgettable mall in Brookline. The coffee itself? Not forgettable at all.

We ordered two Cloud Foam Lattes (I think that was the name), and that foam was ridiculous in the best way possible. It sits somewhere between an absurdly fluffy marshmallow and canned whipped cream, except smoother, creamier, and somehow lighter at the same time. I genuinely have no idea how they made foam feel “luxurious”, but there we are.

The coffee underneath actually held its own too. Strong flavour, unique profile, not just another Instagram café trying to survive off aesthetics and oat milk. Properly good coffee.

Honestly, the mall needs them more than they need the mall. Places like this drive foot traffic way harder than another random clothing shop nobody remembers walking into. More food spots. More cafés. More reasons for people to actually stay there.

“I've been going to Ovenbird for over a year now. The staff are always kind and the food and drinks are always delicious! I would especially recommend the strawberry rhubarb hand pies. Also, if you're visiting the Acton Farmers' Market, be sure to check if Ovenbird is there that day.“

And also kiosk order machine which is super convenient and easy to place the order. Food came out quick ,dine-in they bring it to your table. Staff are quick and polite. Spotted few small flies probably they can deal with them somehow so only i reduced a star for atmosphere. Otherwise clean place good variety of options in food. Plenty of searing indoor and patio also parking available good for all age groups and any dietary restrictions. Seen vegan & gluten free options. Will visit again 🤍“

“Taking off 1 star for a super rude cashier - who is beautiful brunette maybe Brazilian or something, she looks more like she can be an Instagram model but sadly her physical beauty does not match the inside - super rude, looks like she hates her job so it’s sad she is even employed there. “Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. The sweets we brought home all look and taste amazing. Very allergen friendly.“

“I first tried this place while working at one of the businesses in the industrial park in which it is situated. But I’m pretty sure anyone can eat here during hours of operation. There was a hot grill with rotating daily specials as well as fresh cold sandwiches and grab&go items. Prices were reasonable and the location is very convenient to the nearby businesses.“
