“$10 for 2 donuts seems very steep. Their apple cider was so dry and lacked apple cider flavor. Their brown butter crueler was to die for. There were too many flavors to choose from that it was intimidating. Storefront is too small which doesn’t help when deciding.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. The food is always great and I love their coffee. They are always very friendly and efficient at their drive through. Thanks Honey Dew!“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“What are the odds, two vehicles in the same drive through, the same date, with the same name Lol I'm still laughing days later. So I don't blame you all for the confusion on the order ahead drive through order mess up lol too funny!“

“this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts in Arlington is truly exceptional. Aziz and his team are unbelievably kind, efficient, and dedicated—they consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹

It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive. I really need to make a point to learn more of their names, because every single person there contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.
