“$10 for 2 donuts seems very steep. Their apple cider was so dry and lacked apple cider flavor. Their brown butter crueler was to die for. There were too many flavors to choose from that it was intimidating. Storefront is too small which doesn’t help when deciding.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. The food is always great and I love their coffee. They are always very friendly and efficient at their drive through. Thanks Honey Dew!“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“This is hands down the best Dunkin in the state of MA. Its ran by brazilians who do it better than anyone else. I've been going here for over a year consistently and not once have they made me a bad coffee. They toast the bagels, they give you napkins, the coffee is never burnt. I ordered a plain bagel and for some reason it took more than 10 minutes and there was no one in front of me in line. “this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“

Friendly, organized, efficient, accurate, clean… and this is all coming from someone who visited during a huge rush, including during a Box o’ Joe order (which depletes their hot coffee and makes things harder for a few minutes!). Vegetarian options: Every category of food and drinks has a other option for vegetarians, for example Dunkin added soy meat to replace sausage in sandwiches and wraps, chive onion cream cheese, even have a avocado drink for heavens SAKE.! ?

Parking: In my experience every dunks' has at least 20 parking spots,if they don't have an open one , DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!

Kid-friendliness: The employees at the Dunkin donuts at Joe's market, mobile gas station, on squire Rd make the atmosphere in this establishment very inviting to all age groups especially kids. They hand out free donuts, munchkins, drinks etc... To make them feel welcome and the parents love it because they probably don't have to pay for it. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! OBVIOUSLY IT'S PROBABLY A NECESSITY FOR THE AVERAGE JOE, BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT HAS TO DRIVE OR PULL A DOUBLE SHIFT FOR 15 HOURS DAILY, AM I RIGHT?? I KNOW BECAUSE I AM THAT AVERAGE JOE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT PULLS 12-15 HOURS 6 DAYS A WEEK.

Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for. WHAT A GREAT COUNTRY AMERICA IS TODAY!! ????????“
