“We were looking for breakfast that we could order ahead and would also be delicious. Sunny Girl fit the bill perfectly. We ordered our sandwiches en route and rhey were ready, waiting, and hot when we got there. It was early in the morning and we didn't hsve to wait long before we headed back out and on our way.

It was hard to take a great photograph while walking around, but I promise you the breakfast grilled cheese was delicious! Highly recommend.“

“One of my top breakfast choices in Boston. This is probably the best deal in the city of Boston for Breakfast. The plates are so well seasoned and plenty of food. I love the patty sausage and eggs cheese plate with grits. In addition, I love their corned beef hash.

“Went a few weeks ago Saturday morning and went back again today, 12/28 in the morning. Good food and service. However there are only 4 booths and high stools. I can’t sit on a high stool and I know that someday there won’t be any tables available. Otherwise great place.“

“Let’s talk about the Greatness that is called “The Grill & Eye!” I was home on a visit and as always I try to engage a new restaurant. As my Bestfriend lives in Weymouth, I stumbled across The Grill & Eye on Yelp and we decided to go for breakfast. Before even getting there, the pictures I saw had me ready to eatttttttttttt. The location was super easy to find as it sits directly on the main road. Parking is scarce, however, there is street parking available and we were able to grab a good spot. Yaay! Walking in, the ambiance is super homely and gives the feel of a mom & pops kind of restaurant. It’s small and quaint, however, they have made great use of the space. The waitress at the counter was very inviting and welcomed us with a huge smile and friendly Welcome In. As it is a seat yourself setup, we decided to sit near the back wall. Once seated the waitress was at our table immediately. She presented us with the menus and took our drink order. OhEmGee! Let’s talk about the menu. There is no shortage of options whatsoever! The variation of food options truly make it a hard decision to figure out what you want. I’m all for ordering the entire menu, lol. In all seriousness, the menu is amazing and there is something for everyone regardless of what you have a taste for. I decided to order the platter with 2 Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage Links, and Eggs. As I don’t eat eggs, I was excited that I was able to swap out my eggs for grits. It’s the small things in life that mean the most. LoL! Once our order was placed, the excitement increased and we were ready to eat. Seeing the other orders come out for the tables around us truly increased the anticipation. Ha! Lucky for me, the food didn’t take long at all. Everything was out in a timely manner and every single item on the plate was fresh. Speaking of fresh, all of the meat was quality cuts and the grits were real grits. The food was not only fresh but it was flavorful. The sweet to salt ratio provided by the pancake syrup and meat really made every single bite a mouth pleasing, flavor rewarding experience. The bacon was crispy and meaty. The pancakes were fluffy and a perfect size as they almost covered the entire plate. The sausage was flavorful and not too greasy, and best of all, the grits were not too watery or too stiff. The water to grit ratio was spot on and the natural grit flavor wasn’t overpowered by the butter, yet the butter was present and added to the creamy smooth texture that was accomplished. Overall I am overjoyed by my meal, the service, and the pricing at The Grill & Eye and I will be returning the next time I’m home for a visit.“

1- Shakshouka: Shakshouka, Turkish/Arabic style, is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the potatoes on the side are amazing. I give it 7/10

2- Florentine Benedict: The eggs were excellent, but the sauce mixed with pitto did not feel suitable with eggs and spinach, but it was delicious in general. I give it 6/10

3- Bagel: Plain bagel is good. It is the best type, like the one I tried in New York, but it is acceptable.. I give it 6/10.

Service:
Very excellent, their treatment was nice and nice, and they were very fast even though the place was almost full. The coffee is prepared for you as soon as you finish your cup

Prices:
I consider it expensive for a restaurant of the same category.

“Ate here on vacation twice and the family loved it. Breakfast was great- I had the breakfast sandwich and the kids had pancakes. Lunch had many unexpected items. I had the musaka, which I had no idea what it was, but it was amazing. The guys working the counter bantered and were a ton of fun.“

“I've often walked past this great place during my daily walks. The blinds were always down, so I thought it wasn't open. However, when my sister visited from Quincy earlier this week, we decided to have breakfast there. Peter’s Sunrise did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. My sister even said the toast was the best she had ever had at a breakfast restaurant. The coffee is good too. The service was welcoming as well. Today will be my 4th time having breakfast there. “In August I took my mobility-challenged Dad to iHop for lunch. He used to go to this location frequently when starting his career, especially on the night shift, and has fond memories. We went at midday to avoid crowds. As we were crossing the flat parking lot (yay, thank you!) with me pushing his wheelchair, a car beeped and an iHop employee got out of her car to hold the door. She then left, but had stopped at the end of her shift to to help. Another employee inside immediately came and held another door. The staff was so kind and helped find a good comfortable spot. The food was delicious - and the coffee as good as always. It was the first time we didn't get breakfast food. My Dad loved the BLT and especially the onion rings. He got the senior sandwich which was perfect size and a good price for seniors. I had the chicken biscuit sandwich. I reluctantly saved a piece to bring home to my mom because I knew she'd love it so I wanted her to try. The service was impeccable. They were attentive but let us linger. My Dad enjoyed himself without feeling like he was holding anyone up. He doesn't like to go out a lot, due to mobility and memory challenges, but he had such a good time. Next time I'm home we will be back. Thank you for a great experience!“

“We have been there many times for breakfast and the food, wait staff and atmosphere are outstanding. They have the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had! The food is always cooked to my satisfaction, I always have leftovers to bring home and the pancakes are amazingly light and fluffy, as well as very large! I can't say enough good things about them. My husband and I go there at least once every 2 weeks now that we're retired. There is ample parking and it is very easy to get to. I've noticed a lot of regulars now that we go there so often, and that's always a good sign. I highly recommend it. Our son, who is vegetarian, has no problem finding items he can eat and even he's impressed with it. It's the best breakfast place around and we won't go to any others, even Newcomb Farms, which used to be our favorite.“
