“I go to the Dunkin's on Waltham Street nearly every morning pretty much right when it opens at 4:30 AM

My favorite barista is Shannon who intrigued me with a wealth of music knowledge when I first started coming...and I've also learned that she knows a lot about EVERY topic as well!!

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“

“This Dunkin’ looks newly constructed very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides great service. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking, which makes visiting really easy. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations, and this one truly stands out as one of the cleanest and nicest. “Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“

“I've been meaning to leave this review forever. Cassandra is such an asset to this Dunkin' location! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“

“Gorgeous shop, and they did take card for just one donut 🍩(other reviewer says they don’t ), but it was a LONG wait for one donut (maybe 15 min, and there were only three people. It wasn’t a long line).

Did not feel like a sustainable way to do a donut business to fry and dress the donuts for each customer on the spot.

They were tasty, but they did come in a tiny wax paper, which meant I couldn’t save it for a friend (which was my intent). The frosting smushed right into the wax paper. A paper bag would be better.

The line tends to move pretty quickly considering this location seems to be extremely busy in the morning. My order is usually just as I ask. My go to drink is the refresher! They are the best location to buy my favorite drink because I have gotten it from other locations in the area and it is not always up to par. This is my favorite location!“

“Right off the westbound side of rt 9 in Wellesley, this is a nice little in&out Dunkin Donuts. It is just before Wellesley Mazda. The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“

Right off the bat, I was greeted very warmly and friendly by the staff. The vibe of the store seemed incredibly uplifting, which is rare to find at other Dunkin’s.
