“This is going to sound funny - I'm leaving a review, even though I didn't end up booking my event at Granite Coast Brewing. I had been planning birthday party and the original space fell through. I was in a bind to find an alternate space and reached out to a number of places. I was so impressed how responsive Amy from GCBC was - she was empathetic to my situation and tried to make it work on short notice. Even in just a few interactions she went above and beyond. My experience with Granite Coast was so great that although in the end they didn't have availability for this event, I am hoping to hold an event there in the future!“

The only downfall is that some cookies do sell out fast, so get there early if you have your eye on something popular.“

The beer was great; but an added bonus was that these guys could not have been nicer to talk to. When I mentioned I brew, and would love to start something up as a new post-retirement career, they were supportive, offered to give any advice they could, and made this such a great visit to a place I didn’t know existed until it turned up on a Google search for “Breweries near me.” I hope to be back in Salem sooner than later, and I will make it a point to stop in and have more beer than I probably should. “Been on a total soup + noodle kick lately, so I finally made it to Kyuramen - Winchester in Winchester — & WOW, worth the hype! 🙌🍜 Started off with the spicy chili dumplings (perfect amount of heat) & the popcorn chicken, which honestly might be the best I’ve ever had. They may not look fancy, but they’re seasoned perfectly & cooked to perfection. I went for the Ying Yang bowl — so many protein options & so insanely flavorful. He got the tonkatsu omurice, which was not only delicious but such a fun presentation.“

Since I found this place, it’s where I always go for my coxinhas, the other places around just don’t compare. And we got a mix of all their stuffed pancake minis and some of the regular pancake minis! And they were sooooo good. The Nutella and chocolate stuffed mini pancakes were the absolute best!! And the two people working there were so polite and very helpful! They even gave us a 20% off coupon for the next time we come!! “I had to come leave a review because I was in awe about how great my service was at Pressed Cafe in Lawrence! The food at Pressed Cafe is always good (healthy, delicious food you can get quickly is hard to find, so we go to the many locations often). I happened to go the Lawrence location yesterday and seriously the whole staff was so kind. I went through the drive-through and the woman taking my order was so sweet! I ordered a lot and she double checked it all, had me pull up and wait a little bit (it was a good amount of stuff). I was sitting outside waiting and could see inside and the kitchen was moving. Everyone was working so hard and when my order finally came out the young man who delivered it was super kind as well! Very impressed by that team (and the food) at the Pressed Cafe in Lawrence!“
