“Have been going here a long time but yesterday my sister had to go to ER due to blood sugar. The staff (and other patrons) were amazing. Stayed calm and called the hospital. Jeff, our waiter, confirmed we should go and packed evening up and even before that stuffed mummies himself with blue cheese. John, the manger, helped us and said the owners called to make sure all was ok. Btw the food and atmosphere is amazing. Going in 55 plus years there. Thank you“

​The food is truly excellent. For my lunch, the Jamon and Manchego sandwich was a standout: a perfect balance of salty, cured ham and sharp, nutty cheese.

The side of tender artichokes was a delicious treat, accompanying a fresh salad for dinner.

​The ambiance is wonderful, too. It's a lovely space—warmly lit and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

“New chef and there during Christmas stroll which means exceptional volume of people. Friendly staff but slightly overwhelmed by the non stop grind of Stroll weekend. Limited menu for stroll. Food was tasty but not exceptional like the previous chef. Example, lobster bisque didn't have the one large piece of lobster I would have expected. Would go back during non stroll to see the what the restaurant is really capable of.“

“I have been going to Nantucket for years and finally found Island Kitchen this past August; one of the best meals to be had on the island. We ate outside by the bar and despite a bit of rainy weather; we throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and cuisine; the service was excellent and we have earmarked a return visit this August.“

“I just had the best 70th birthday dinner here! Chef Joseph created a delicious menu and paired wines. The Company Popovers accompanied a crisp Caesar salad, Wagyu beef and a lobster tail with smashed potatoes & broccolini was the entree, rounded out with “The Marriage of Crème Brûlée + Chocolate Mousse” and Dows Fine Sherry Port. The service was spectacular (thank you Johnny) and the intimate and cozy atmosphere made for a wonderful experience for my party of 10. I recommend this place for a singular and memorable experience!“

“A great neighborhood spot! 45 just gets better as the years go on. Their ham and cheese croissant is now my no. 1 on the island, dethroning another (also fabulous) bakery.

One summer, they had these street corn nachos, and we still talk about them.

“My husband and I go to Nantucket every year, and this was our first time at Greydon House; it was my favorite stay thus far on the island. Charming rooms, fantastic location and a chic restaurant on site. Tom, the manager (sorry if I messed the name up), could not have been nicer or more obliging, and was extremely knowledgeable about the island. Front desk team was very helpful as well. This will be my go to stay on Nantucket!“

“Visited Nantucket Friday. Checked menu at several places before selecting Walter's Deli. Had the corn beef/pastrami Reuben. My favorite sandwich and I am a seafood guy. Fantastic and delicious!!! Generous portions and priced right. My wife had the roast beef sandwich. It was a hit as well. Person that made the sandwiches was a nice guy to boot.

Sat on a bench in front of a realtor's office. Realtor asked me where I bought the Reuben because it looked so good.“

“I was looking forward to the reopening of a restaurant at this location and so happy to see the return of Easy Street; our party of six all enjoyed their meals; however this critic has nothing critical to say; I started with the clam chowder and frankly it was absolutely delicious, well stocked with clams and not overwhelming on the potatoes, the broth wasn't loaded with flour filler which was welcoming for a true Clam Chowder. Entree selection the Blackened Salmon dish; nicely prepared and presented and tasty and moist. I skipped dessert myself, but others shared a Crème Brûlée and definitely gave a thumbs 👍 up. Fresh coffee and I left with a satisfied party of six. Try the sushi menu; the selection was varied and according to my niece and nephew the bomb. The Smashburgers were as well given a 👍 thumbs up. I encourage everyone to give Easy Street a try on their Nantucket visits; it will not disappoint. Say hello to our gracious host Milan and his lovely wife and our wonderful server Valentine and the rest of the staff and a special thanks to the Chef and his staff for rounding out our experience. “It was quick- i ordered 2 burritos. They make them how you want them. Then you pay and you're on your way bing, bang boom- i don't know what would happen if I would have ordered like a cheeseburger or something. I may have to circle back sometime-no Montucky Cold Snacks- and I don't think there were any drinks- except like, yeah, water, iced tea, cokes-
None of the fun stuff, but the staff was great. Very helpful. Fantastic burritos way to be Boat House!“

“Lunch time and we were seated right away. S3rvice was great, and food was great! Husband had the reuben, and it was tasty and generous in size. My 2 yr old had the kids fish and chips and he gobbled that right up. I had a garden sald and the Guinness onion soup, it was tasty and fresh!“

We stopped in today and everything was just perfect from start to finish. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and full of that real BBQ taste that hits the spot. Service was fast, friendly, and super attentive you can tell the team here really cares. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and exactly what you want for a great meal on Nantucket.
