“I visited Wolf Next Door Coffee for an iced tea and muffin before touring House of the Seven Gables and I'm so glad I did! The staff was so incredibly friendly, the food and drink was delicious, the cafe was whimsical and dreamy, and it is so, SO obvious how much they care about their community. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Salem!“

“A&J King have been selling excellent traditional french bakery items for years now and have become a local institution. Over time, they've slowly been adding more vegan options to the menu. Vegan muffins, cheese, and cream cheese are available daily. They also sometimes have vegan cake, sandwich, and soup specials. There's at least one vegan employee that I know of and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Plus, there's excellent coffee from local favorite roaster, Coffee by Design.“

“This place is so cool! a true homey local coffee shop. I don't drink caffeine, but they have tons of options for warm and cold drinks, like a Golden Elixir, tons of boosters like MTC oil, and flavorful mocktails. I have had breakfast sandwiches, which were all expertly made with fresh ingredients by various staff members. They sell artwork and jewelry buy local artisans, doggie friendly, too! I recommend Spells for its warm hospitality, and variety of drink and food options at a quality for the price points.“

“One of my favorite spots to grab a coffee whenever I'm biking through Salem - friendly staff, tasty treats and most importantly: great coffee. Love all the artists they feature on their walls and the area is super cute. My regular go-to whenever I'm in town“

“Dominic and Jake always have fresh coffee and donuts in our a pleasure to talk to sometimes I go there with my friend twice a day and they always have the news on so there's plenty to talk about their breakfast sandwiches are great“
“I love that it is always clean they have accessible entrances and gender neutral bathrooms very good for me because I am blind and prefer single stall restrooms the staff is always incredibly awesome and friendly I would like to have more relaxing music other than that everything is great“

“there used to be this really hot barista who worked here he had like this really cute hat he wore and his eyes were so pretty and I wouldn't even order anything I'd just stand at the counter and stare into his beautiful eyes like woah he was so pretty I would sometimes imagine giving him a chaste kiss on his delicate barista cheek and then I'd get embarrassed and run out, the food was alright I prefer dunks“

“Went to On the Grind this morning after seeing a post about them having a coconut bagel. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and know each of their regular customers. I watched them greet many and knew exactly what they were going to order or already had a preorder waiting. I ordered the coconut bagels for my son and I. One with regular cream cheese and one with pineapple cream cheese and they did not disappoint!!! The coconut bagel with pineapple was delicious and not overly sweet and lots of toasted coconut. Highly recommend trying this little hidden gem!“
