“We were long-time Boneyard oatrons so it’s nice to see Black Goose open and thriving. Great atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic service! We arrived at 4pm on Saturday with a party of 10. Black Goose was very accommodating. I had steak tips, which were tasty and cooked perfectly. My hubby had French onion soup and buffalo chicken wings. The food was warm and delicious. Everyone in our party raved about their food, and the service was great! I highly recommend a visit to Black Goose Tavern!“

“This little restaurant, raw bar, bar bar is not messing around. They handle their shellfish perfectly, cold, crazy fresh, and masterfully shucked. I recommend just a dash of the mignonette to just highlight the delicious flavors of the posters. The bartender told me the raw scallops have never left the menu so I ordered them. I can see why they're almost a signature of GH. The bok choy pancake is really good but strangely filling. Plenty for 2.

The cocktails are well mixed.

“I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. We sat near the cozy fireplace on a chilly night. The cheeseboard (varied cheeses, focaccia bread, honey, blackberries, nuts, jam, greens) and Pt. Judith calamari were beautifully presented. Excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany, Italy added to food, Staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed mussels, scallops, little necks over pasta in scampi sauce. Others had the salmon as well as the bolognese. It's a very roomy, quiet setting near the water. Staff came out to sing happy birthday with a luscious ice cream dessert with a candle on top. I was pleasantly surprised. We will return to this place for sure!“

“So it was Fathers Day and of course my fiancé wanted to go golfing and he chose Harbor Lights golf course. We’re from Connecticut but on the border of Rhode Island but still don’t go there as much. After he was done he said he would love if we went to dinner for Father’s Day with our daughter and my mom. I searched for places in the area of the golf course, was looking for something sort of near the water and that’s when I found Iggy’s ! Had great reviews so I called and booked a reservation! We were running a little late but called to let them know and said that it was fine. When we arrived, the place was PACKED! Which is definitely a great sign. Every staff member we encountered were so nice and helpful! Our server Zach was amazing and so accommodating! He was knowledgeable and was just so friendly! My mom is a super critic ( she always has something to say about something which sometimes gets embarrassing ) haha but she could not say enough how good the food was and service and atmosphere! She absolutely loved it and we had the best time! My 13 month old had her first milkshake and LOVED it! Hahah Thank you for the great experience! A must have with their sauce (i ask for it on the side along with an extra one) i always come here when i dont feel like cooking or have leftover rice from the day before and dont wanna make any meat to go with it . “I absolutely love the food! I always get the large carne asada. Its carne asada, white vegetable rice, salad with piccolo de gallo, carrot and macaroni salad, fried platano and beans. It’s authentic Guatemalan food and I love it.The inside looks a bit janky, but they just opened up. I remember the building itself was a party store than it became a Panda Express and now it’s Xoyita. I usually get take out and eat comfortably at home.“

I attended Endicott College back in the day and remembered sitting on rocks in Rockport with bunch of friends, enjoying the fresh, local seafood. 🍤 I recently noticed this brand while shopping and although pricey, I decided to try it for lunch today. The boil bag was easy peasy, enough for two bowls and like I mentioned to poster below, I purchased some RANA lobster ravioli that were void of any indication of lobster, although it was listed as second ingredient on packaging. I combined the two. What a delight with great flavor, thick broth and satisfying product. It’s what I purchased when your New England establishment is a distance away. It’s next best thing! 😋🦞“
