“One of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch! They offer gluten free options (including gluten free bread) and vegetarian options too. If you are going for breakfast definitely get the pancakes - my favorite are the blueberry but they often have seasonal special flavors too! I love their chicken caesar wrap for lunch with fries. They also have weekly specials - if you see the tuna melt on the specials list definitely get it - you won't be disappointed! And don't miss their giant chocolate chip cookies - made fresh daily! Conveniently located just a few minutes from the highway and attractions in the area making it a great stop on a roadtrip or perfect post hike spot (Mount Sugarloaf is just down the street). “The food here is incredible. However, the last time I was here I ordered a cocktail and was asked what quality of liquor I wanted in it. I said “whatever is fine” which I really thought meant well liquor, and I feel like that should be common knowledge. When the bill came, it turns out the bartender or server had given me top shelf liquor and my cocktail was almost $20. That’s just ridiculous, honestly.“

“Overall it wasn't the worst restaurant we've ever been to but there were a few things today when we had lunch there that could be improved upon The server came over. welcomed us and told us the lunch specials. I asked him what the sides were that came with my special. he recited the sides so I ordered one of the ones he mentioned. my sandwich was good along with the truffle fries My wife ordered the quiche, but it was warm at best and for $17.00 it was small, the salad that came with it was average, nothing special I did order a cup of NE chowder for $9.00, no crackers served with it and had to eat it with a regular teaspoon, no soup spoon. by the time the server came back to ask how is everything most of my wife's warm quiche was eaten so she never was able to send it back to get hot When we received our bill they charged me $ 5.00 for the truffle fries that server said came with it.“

“The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. My daughter in-law bit into a clam strip and thought she broke her tooth she was afraid to eat anymore we had seafood the way it came out the food was saturated from the frying oil like it hadn't been changed in weeks I had coleslaw that had a fish taste to it like it was stored with open fish in the fridge we asked to speak to the manager when she finely came over she wanted the food my daughter in-law spit out in the napkin so obviously. the manager didn't believe her I ask to have her meal comped the manager left never came back I asked to speak to the owner eventually The owner came over was disrespectful rude and very unprofessional, for an owner of a restaurant. first of all, the kitchen was backed up.He should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks second of all he shouldn't have told me to get out of his restaurant the way he did.....“

“We had our son's Rehearsal Dinner in the Amherst room on Oct. 23rd. Nothing short of amazing! Appetizers were plentiful and delicious, as was the steak, chicken and shrimp & crab scampi. Our server Karen was one in a million, she was two steps ahead the whole evening and a big part of the success shared by the wedding party. Thank you to all the staff for making it a magical night :)“

“Our 1st time here! We had a wonderful breakfast. The home fries were wonderfully and perfectly seasoned, poached eggs done just right and not too runny. The portions were fantastic! Our only suggestion is the waitresses need to ask about topping off coffee or designate one person to make a trip around topping off! Otherwise a great breakfast!“

“Shelburne Falls Pub was an excellent experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious — the burgers were cooked perfectly, with just the right size and great toppings. The kids’ chicken tenders with fries were plentiful, fresh, and full of flavor, which made the little ones just as happy as the adults. The drinks were spot-on, with delicious alcoholic beverages that paired wonderfully with the meal. We couldn’t leave without dessert, which was scrumptious and the perfect sweet ending. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with beautiful scenery that made it just as ideal for a date night as it was for a fun family outing. Overall, everything — from the food to the service to the setting — made for an outstanding dining experience. Highly recommend!“

“We were coming from thr airport and needed to catch a quick bite. I found out about this place a few years ago, but we never had a chance to go. I ended up getting the Santa Fe salad and a cup of chili because it was a chili kind of day. It had good flavor, but it had green peppers in it. Not a fan. The salad was good sized, so I ended up leaving with a box. My husband had the nachos. I tasted a little of the port, which wasn't bad. The portion was huge and he was loving the Carolina sauce, but there's a self-serve station so you can try them all. And they had to-go boxes handy, so you didn't have to ask the staff. Although they were quite friendly. Nice display of desserts next to the counter, but we did not partake this time. Lots of parking and some booth seating with a rustic interior.“
