“Overall it wasn't the worst restaurant we've ever been to but there were a few things today when we had lunch there that could be improved upon The server came over. welcomed us and told us the lunch specials. I asked him what the sides were that came with my special. he recited the sides so I ordered one of the ones he mentioned. my sandwich was good along with the truffle fries My wife ordered the quiche, but it was warm at best and for $17.00 it was small, the salad that came with it was average, nothing special I did order a cup of NE chowder for $9.00, no crackers served with it and had to eat it with a regular teaspoon, no soup spoon. by the time the server came back to ask how is everything most of my wife's warm quiche was eaten so she never was able to send it back to get hot When we received our bill they charged me $ 5.00 for the truffle fries that server said came with it.“

“The owner and the manager and waitresses were very rude very unprofessional.My daughter in-law went there 2 years ago said the service and food was great My son and daughter in-law and I went there on Saturday 11-8-2025 It was about 15 or 20 minutes to order then when we did order we waited over 1hour 15 minutes to eat the food was luke, warm. My daughter in-law bit into a clam strip and thought she broke her tooth she was afraid to eat anymore we had seafood the way it came out the food was saturated from the frying oil like it hadn't been changed in weeks I had coleslaw that had a fish taste to it like it was stored with open fish in the fridge we asked to speak to the manager when she finely came over she wanted the food my daughter in-law spit out in the napkin so obviously. the manager didn't believe her I ask to have her meal comped the manager left never came back I asked to speak to the owner eventually The owner came over was disrespectful rude and very unprofessional, for an owner of a restaurant. first of all, the kitchen was backed up.He should have been in the kitchen helping the cooks second of all he shouldn't have told me to get out of his restaurant the way he did.....“

“We had our son's Rehearsal Dinner in the Amherst room on Oct. 23rd. Nothing short of amazing! Appetizers were plentiful and delicious, as was the steak, chicken and shrimp & crab scampi. Our server Karen was one in a million, she was two steps ahead the whole evening and a big part of the success shared by the wedding party. Thank you to all the staff for making it a magical night :)“

“Our 1st time here! We had a wonderful breakfast. The home fries were wonderfully and perfectly seasoned, poached eggs done just right and not too runny. The portions were fantastic! Our only suggestion is the waitresses need to ask about topping off coffee or designate one person to make a trip around topping off! Otherwise a great breakfast!“

“Whatta brunch!!! Arrived just after 11am on a Thursday. Miss Flo was busy but not packed. We took a seat at the counter and were immediately greeted by a friendly server. Pancakes plus and an OcFLOberfest (corn beef hash, sauerkraut & thousand island dressing) omelette arrived quickly. Both were HUGE and GREAT! Ilana and Amanda were fast friendly and slightly sassy servers. The hot sauce was a fun condiment. Everything was clean. Miss Flo has a warm local friendly vibe. “Shelburne Falls Pub was an excellent experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious — the burgers were cooked perfectly, with just the right size and great toppings. The kids’ chicken tenders with fries were plentiful, fresh, and full of flavor, which made the little ones just as happy as the adults. The drinks were spot-on, with delicious alcoholic beverages that paired wonderfully with the meal. We couldn’t leave without dessert, which was scrumptious and the perfect sweet ending. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with beautiful scenery that made it just as ideal for a date night as it was for a fun family outing. It has been a year since I’ve been here and I came back today for brunch and I’m pleased to say that my experience was not good, it was outstanding. The food was tremendous, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was clean and under control, and it was really great to observe the productive flow of the team members & management, and the satisfaction of every other customer in the establishment during my time in Johnny’s. For a popular local establishment that serves a diverse variety of communities and college students, I couldn’t have been more impressed. The egg was cooked perfectly. Ho' made hash. Just the right amount of hollandaise sauce. Yum! Wifey had to compliment Jason the chef for his light and fluffy pancakes. Their menu has something for everyone. Looking forward to being a regular!“

“We were coming from thr airport and needed to catch a quick bite. I found out about this place a few years ago, but we never had a chance to go. I ended up getting the Santa Fe salad and a cup of chili because it was a chili kind of day. It had good flavor, but it had green peppers in it. Not a fan. The salad was good sized, so I ended up leaving with a box. My husband had the nachos. I tasted a little of the port, which wasn't bad. The portion was huge and he was loving the Carolina sauce, but there's a self-serve station so you can try them all. And they had to-go boxes handy, so you didn't have to ask the staff. Although they were quite friendly. Nice display of desserts next to the counter, but we did not partake this time. Lots of parking and some booth seating with a rustic interior.“
