The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding.The portions were large enough for two people to share and flavorful and nicely presented.Our server was outstanding and very attentive.Be sure to save space for the owners homemade Greek pastries, the baklava is delicious !“

“Sometimes, you make promises to go to "that nice place in the next town over" but fate never has you near there when you go out.. Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.“

“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“

“I had the mushroom salad and tortellini soup, both were fantastic. Parking can be tricky but there is a lot across the street to use. Service was fast, food came out quick, service was perfectly attentive but not bothersome. This is my choice of restaurants when I go to Northampton. Love it. My friend had a personal sized pizza and said it was really good as well. Dine in confidence!“

“This new spot has a very welcoming atmosphere from the staff to the ambiance. If in search of some fresh pasta and wine options, this is certainly a place you wont want to skip. Portions sizes are valid and they have some great specials to take advantage of. This place is also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of food thats served. “Just found my new favorite spot to get my subs (grinders) and much more. I ordered a steak sub, and let me tell yall...it was one of the bests I've ever had. The owners are the perfect example of what a restaurant owners should be, very welcoming, and super friendly. Very cozy place, and they're open until 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Yall have to give them a try if yall haven't yet. Can't wait to try everything they have on their menu.“

“My first time eating a meal here. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. The service was quick and the staff are very friendly.The food was delicious and you get a good value for your money. A big breakfast sandwich and a large iced latte were less than $10!If you are visiting downtown Springfield this is the place to grab a bite. It's small, but not cramped.Actually, it's comfortable to sit and eat while you're waiting for a meeting downtown or waiting for a store to open.I will be coming back here.“

“Under new Ownership. The Grinders are really NOT GOOD Especially the ham & american "cheese". The American is the cheap fake like kraft singles type cheese. The food is also Quite Pricey, but who isn't. You can now order online now & its easy. The pizza and dinners are really good stick to that the grinders are REALLY bad. I'd eat subway over these grinders hands down.“

The food is excellent, I had gotten the steak grinder with cheese mushrooms, and the bread was perfect, the steak was season perfect, and cooked perfect, my fiance had gotten the fish and chips.. fish was cooked perfect and seasoning perfect, and the french fries were nice and crunchy, the taste was perfect. We have to say this is the Best Place in Easthampton Massachusetts, to get any food. We have been back 3 times already. We also shared the Rigatoni and Duck Breast. SO DELICIOUS.This was the first time going but will not be our last. Definitely 100% recommend this place.
