“The crew is very patient and caring. Also they care about the details. I especially appreciate the fact that they put the label for different sizes of straws, save time for customers and they are the only one who has that throughout the nation. No kidding, this DD deserves 5 stars.“

“Service sucks there’s NEVER enough staff and the ones that ARE there are so stressed they can’t handle any of it and none of them know anything about PROFESSIONALISM so they take it out on the customers and other staff I HATE this location“

“I ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffees for 8 of my workers for their hard work on a project. The staff was efficient in getting all of our orders correct and quickly! They were already busy and took good care of us. We also ordered a dozen doughnuts if everyone's choosing and needless to say there were not any left by mid morning during our install!!“

“A really good Dunkin! A little out of my way, but worth it. The restaurant was really clean, as was the exterior. Service was quick by a very pleasant young woman! The latte was perfect and the donuts were plentiful and fresh! Absolutely no complaints! This will be my go-to Dunkin from now on.“

“Dunkin donuts, what can I say? First there is no consistency between each venue, some have coffee that tastes like it was made with dishwater and some make a great cup of coffee. There's one on almost every corner, only you can decide which one suits your taste, there's just no consistency and that bothers me. As far as their breakfast sandwiches, ugh, avoid them, and while their donuts are tasty, in case you haven't noticed their prices have gone thru the roof and the donuts have gotten smaller, forget the filling, where is it anyway? “I really do like Dunkin' for their coffee. Stopped at this one while driving through and came in for coffee and breakfast. The service here was so great. Tanya helped us out, coffee was great the food was ok.. The Sourdough Sandwich was not the best from Dunkin'. But staff here is fantastic and friendly.“

“On Sunday at 10 am I received excellent service, fast food, and courteous interactions. The location can't be beat either. I look forward to visiting here in the future.

Also, they were super thoughtful in providing a belly table at the pickup area with an outlet that also has 2 USB ports.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options that are not simply subtractions, but specifically developed items. There aren't many, and they aren't well labeled, but I'm still satisfied.“

“I always do grubhub at dunkin cuz if you go in or thru the drive thru they tell you their coolata machine is "down" and I don't want anything else, but if I order thru grubhub they don't have the opportunity to say that and my coolata comes to my house just perfect. Of course I have to pay the delivery fee plus I'm a huge tipper so the driver gets the tips that the window girls would've gotten if they'd give me my coolata“

“They can do better the manager at the state street business by sci tech school is ignorant to young rude I never will get what I lost by ordering there she didn't believe me plus the worker who told her the same story which involves two employees and because the manager quit there answer was to put another incompetent manager in place which made it worst I'm glad to know that store will be closing to bad for the neighborhood I believe that the residents should take them to court .!!“

“I bought an iced coffee. Let me tell u it was phenomenal and legit most days it alwYs is. Best coffee this dunk by center St Chicopee ma and the other Dunkin again in the gas station by the pike in palmer Ma ooo and bonsville ma as well best dunkins 4 coffee and service too!!!“

“Experience has shown this location is always on point! Croissants are soft and fresh. The staff knows how to make drinks. Avoid going to the hood location on Sumner inside the gas station. Come spend your money here. You deserve it. Thank you for being consistently good!“

“I had to stop here because I had a tire go flat on the highway. I went inside to let them know my car was going to be out there for a bit while I waited for help. The staff was extremely nice and offered to help in any way possible. I explained to them I was on my way to the hospital because of a family emergency and I truly appreciate there genuine kindness. “Best DD in the 413 area! Fastest drive-thru throughout the region. I pulled up with 5 cars ahead of me and 4 minutes later pulled out with my order in hand. Employees have been very friendly, professional and great to deal with. Ofcourse the food is great too! Great job you guys!!“

“I can truly say that this Dunkin has significantly changed for the better. I used to have issues with my orders every single time I pre ordered or ordered inside. It was bad to the point that I got smart remarks and rushed from a District Manager on duty. She was highly rude and didn’t even greet me but rushed me at the counter. So far the new Supervisor or Manager that are there almost every morning (Liz & Maria) has made an improvement on timing and correct orders. Always greeted and attended too, even in the mist of having issues with either machinery or short staff they get the job done right!“

“Stopped in at a busy time. As usual, they were short staffed. Let me tell you about Andrew and Brandy, the 2 that showed up to work that shift. Andrew helped me as soon as he got a free moment, and Brandy, who was single handedly dealing with drive through, kept reassuring me - when she had a spare moment to breathe - that someone would be right with me.
I greatly admire these 2 who in spite of being overwhelmed were courteous and professional.

Side note - Donuts were mediocre and the munchkins stale, but to be honest I expected that coming in at 3:24 in the afternoon.

Give these 2 hard workers a raise Dunkin Donuts! You need more people like them.“

“I have more good days than bad. They always make my coffee good but some of the staff seems to hate working there. Never had a problem with the drive through window but I can hear snarky remarks from certain female employees or on the telecom where it sounds like they're not in a patient mood. It doesn't stop me from getting my coffee because its still good lol. I just hope those staff members find more peace and possibly new job that they will enjoy instead of being miserable.“

“Great people took them a sec to notice me but hey nothing it's perfect in the world and they had a great attitude fast and great service all around. Lobby could be a bit cleaner when not busy. But great job guys love it every time.
