The bacon was perfect and the sourdough was insane. I was worried about it being too greasy and heavy but it was actually fine. The two guys working were great and friendly. “Food was great I've had Mike and Patty's twice both times food was delicious only constructive criticism I have is with the app it doesn't allow for you to customize as you please for example had the steak and cheese. The first day came out awesome week. Later was trying to try the bomb steak and cheese.
But I don't eat mushrooms, and it didn't allow me to take out the mushrooms only what cheese I wanted, or if I wanted cheese or not.
That's my only complaint.“

“Breakfast sandwiches are okay. Bacon is thicker and chewy- not crispy. Bread is toasted well. I did ask for my sandwich well-done, and it was just toasted okay. I would imagine they’re not usually toasted well. The best part about the “crack” sandwich was all of the gooey cheese. It saved the whole meal. Who can go wrong with a grilled cheese? Egg was fried perfectly, and just a bit runny. Wish the bacon was better and the sandwich had a little seasoning. It was very plain. The cheese made it, really. But like I said, they really couldn’t go wrong with all of the cheese they put in there.“

“My wife and I were in Wakefield to purchase car and when we were finished we realized we had not eaten all day. We found this gem of a diner. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding. I started with the beef stew. it was excellent. It was not to salty, you could tell it was homemade the flavor brought me back to childhood. My wife started with the chicken and rice soup which she said was also fantastic, once again not to salty. I had the hot turkey sandwich with gravy. The gravy was outstanding. My wife had the teriyaki chicken stir-fry which was delicious. We needed the meal by brining home 6 raisin oatmeal cookies. I would highly recommend North Ave. Diner if you are in the area.“

“I've often walked past this great place during my daily walks. The blinds were always down, so I thought it wasn't open. However, when my sister visited from Quincy earlier this week, we decided to have breakfast there. Peter’s Sunrise did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. My sister even said the toast was the best she had ever had at a breakfast restaurant. The coffee is good too. The service was welcoming as well. Today will be my 4th time having breakfast there. I highly recommend it.“

“We came here MULTIPLE times and it’s become our go-to for brunch! A great local mom and pop run diner in Watertown. We had omelets, lattes, breakfast tacos, chilaquiles, etc. and always enjoyed ourselves.
Dining area inside is small but cozy and quaint, perfect for anyone willing to smoosh themselves in during busy hours. Otherwise there’s plenty of outside seating and on a nice day, it’s the best.
We saw the same hard working people every time we went. It’s clear they’re a local spot and well worth investing in.

“This place is great. I am not a breakfast person so I go for lunch. Two great items are the burgers and the fried haddock sandwich with steak fries. Burger always cooked the way you like it. I like well done. Fried haddock is considered a special item but usually available. This is delicious if you like fried items. I am there every Saturday for lunch. Give this place a try. “I don't know if he was the owner or just one of the employees there, but the gentleman name Assiss was super awesome! My friend and I were a bit famished, but didn't want to buy food just yet. We both had something small in mind to hold us over. Muffins popped into my mind. We saw and drove by Mass Hole Donuts and thought of trying is, but didn't quite want sugar. We kept driving down the street when we saw Magnificent Muffin. We slightly passed it and immediately placed the vehicle in reverse and parked right out front. We got out only to find out they had just closed. The guy was behind the counter and I was pleading with him to open the door and he did. He told us he was out of muffins as they go fast. We were bummed. When he saw our reaction he offered to make us something else. We both ordered jalapeno bagels with cream cheese. He ended i'm finding a few tiny muffins left and gave it to us. “Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. The sweets we brought home all look and taste amazing. Very allergen friendly.“

This location is fantastic. My dad and I ate here on New Years Day. It was pretty busy for a holiday and considering the weather was bad. I got the original pancakes and I'm not sure what my dad got. Food was fantastic, literally the best pancakes I've ever had. Service was also very good. I'm definitely coming back.

I think some people just love to complain. No complaints from me. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. Food is delicious“

“Jimmy’s is our go to breakfast spot and a true family favorite! We have been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, comes out fast, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There is a great variety of omelettes, and my kids can’t get enough of the pancakes. Everyone in my 4 person party were thrilled with their choices (3 breakfast sandwiches and a grilled and buttered blueberry muffin and side of sausage) I’m not a big egg fan but the sandwich sounded so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly and balanced with the right amount of meat and cheese. The English muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp. Not only that but EVERYONE working there was so friendly and welcoming. It was our last day in Boston and I only regret not finding this place sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ll be thinking about that breakfast sandwich for a long time.“

The move to ordering & paying by QR Code made life so much easier. We didn't have to try getting the attention of the servers. They cleared away dirty items (which they did not do last year). I did notice servers standing around talking with each other while we were waiting to be served. But one server jumped right on it after I mentioned it. So everything was better. Can't wait to return. Ok - I returned the next night. Different band so a different vibe. This was even better. The service was better. You've really improved the customer experience so thank you. “The food was good, we ate it all. But what bothered me was that the tip was included. I know places when it’s more than 6 they automatically add it, but it was 4 of us. We ordered a meal and a drink each. Just a quick lunch. The server quickly said ‘sign and the tip is there’ charged 18%, he lost out a bit, because we tend to leave 20%. Can it be that people don’t tip or give leave a small amount, and he decided to include it in the total. It didnt say suggested, it was added.“
