“The food was great!! The service, I should say our service was very poor. We waited over 47 minutes before we were served our meals. The problem was not the kitchen because a couple who came in after us was served before us. It was the wait staff.“

“Not normally a solo eater, I stopped by the Club Car Cafe in W. Concord, yesterday, and had the most delicious lunch. I ordered the veal parmigiana sandwich which came with fries and, on a 90+ degree day the iced tea I ordered really hit the spot. The veal parmigiana was as good I’ve had at many Italian restaurants. The portion was generous and the price value relationship was excellent. Club Car Cafe has an extensive breakfast menu which is served until 10:45. I had originally planned to go for breakfast but didn’t make it in time. Next time, I will start out earlier. I did pick up a blueberry scone and blueberry muffin, on the way out, and we enjoyed them for breakfast today. Club Car Cafe is a family run restaurant and Bianca and Ron made me feel so welcome. If you’re in the West Concord area, I would definitely recommend having breakfast or lunch at the Club Car Cafe. If you have a little train lover, he/she will enjoy seeing the real trains going by as well as the toy train set , high up on the wall, traveling round and round the restaurant. The menu is extensive and I am fairly certain the Club Car Cafe has a Childrens menu. Handicapped access is something I always look for. There is a ramp on one side of the building!“

Our server (forget her name) was super kind, welcoming, friendly, attentive but not overbearing- she was great! We had a large party of 9 and she handled it perfectly. The spinach dip and meatballs were both very good, would definitely recommend. I got the chicken, broccoli, ziti pasta and it was AMAZING!! Everyone else was really happy with their meals- chicken parm, calabrian chicken sandwich, baked haddock, etc. and my kids loved their kids meals. We got chocolate mouse cake for dessert and it was a little dry and boring, would skip that next time. Overall, would definitely return!!“

The 2 younger folk (19 and 20) got the buffet which looked great, but they ate very little. What I did see on their plates looked delicious. Lastly, I am a sucker for the Colonial Inn's Indian Pudding, and it did not disappoint.“

“Quite often, one finds himself at the hospital under stressful conditions. What a wonderful relief it was to enjoy a hearty breakfast at MGH Waltham Cafe. A good helping of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, tasty corned beef hash, and a side of thick oatmeal topped with a delicious cup of coffee helped me cope as my wife underwent surgery. For all the jokes about patient hospital food, I find that cafeteria hospital food is often excellent. MGH certainly backs up that opinion!“

The prices are a bit high but to be expected from a Hotel restaurant. Very clean tables. Overall a very nice experience. Definitely will be back for the best Southside drink I have had. And there Green Goddess dressing I have tasted.“

“I liked the burger. Truffle Gorgonzola fries were ok— I liked the fries, but didn’t really like the sauce. Stomach felt a little funny after, but not sure if that was the burger or fries.

Food came quick. Space was clean and small but not crowded.

Parking lot out back had multiple spaces available and was $1.35/hr. There’s some 2 hr free spots a few blocks down but you have to parallel park. Some 1 hr free spots closer to the restaurant but those were almost all taken Saturday lunch hour.“
