“This place is fantastic! My husband and I went here to try hot pot for the first time and we had so much fun! The staff is super friendly and we’re kind enough to explain how it all worked. The seafood and veggies on the buffet were well maintained and the temperature was carefully controlled using cold tables and ice. The broth itself was delicious! There are a lot of options so there is something for everyone! I highly recommend this place the food is great for the money and the service is awesome!“

“This was my second Hot Pot Hero location I visited, the other was in Gaithersburg MD. The other one seemed to have more options to add to the all you can eat menu, and the other one the service was a bit more attentive when placing an order for refills, but this was still a stellar experience and I would do it once a week if I lived in the area.“

“I went to Hunan Legend and ordered the Egg Drop soup, vegetarian egg rolls and Singapore Noodles on a Sunday afternoon. You can dine in but I wanted to order carry out. “Went in on a whim, Mother wanted a crab cake. Decided to eat in their small back seating area which was actually quite nice. Service was good and we are told they are under new management. Some changes in store to modernize and expand the place and a new menu to come. Hope they succeed in bringing this place around to being a “must try” type restaurant. “I was working in the area and Tandoor Spice was 1.5 miles from my last stop. I discovered it by other good reviews so tried ordering on my phone so I could pick it up. When it came to submit there was a little spinning circle and it continued until I arrived in the parking lot. I went inside and the nice gentleman apologized, checked the system and when he couldn’t see the order hung up in the system, he took my order right away. I ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. For the inconvenience he threw in a complimentary dessert. Got to the hotel and had a very good meal. More than I could eat in one sitting. Medium spice was perfect for me.“

Great variety of flavors, with very solid prices as well, 10 wings for $13.The guy working the register is extremely friendly, and he has just excellent service. I would go back just for him.The interior is not very good, very basic, and there are only 2 tables with 2 chairs each. But most of the clientele gets to go anyways.Vegetarian options: Every item on the menu is chicken or seafood. If you're a pescatarian you'd be fine.“

“If you are looking for dimsum, look no further. This is the best dimsum restaurant in the dmv. Dim sum is a rare sight in Maryland, but to have exceptional dim sum is even rarer. Traditional cart style dim sum is extremely hard to find around these neck of the woods but dim sum palace executes excellent dim sum. Shui mai, pork buns, steam ribs, bbq pork puffs, shrimp dumpling, and egg custards are the show here. The traditional dishes are all a hit. The prices can be seen as steep but the quality justifies it.Since the grand opening, their operations have greatly improved and dimsum is larger portions. Lines start early so get there early.“

Got there at 6:55 and was greeted by Nelbis (I hope I spelled his name right). Very friendly, food was already packed to go steaming hot, and when I got home, every crab was large and the seasoning was just right, not too salty and not too little. “I can always count on good tasting food at Crazy Down Home. I have only been to the Randallstown location. I have had the fried chicken, fried fish, fried liver with gravy, steamed crabs, chitterlings, home fries with onions, fried green beans, collard greens, mixed vegetables, vegetable lo mein, and fried cabbage. My son loves the cheese steak subs.“

Get there a little earlier to account for finding a space and walking to the restaurant. * They have patio seating, indoor seating, bar seating, and high top seating. * They have individual bathrooms vs gender specific bathrooms. Two key takeaways: a) the bathrooms were clean b) the toilet tissue was a nice texture. Food: * The Walrus Breakfast included toast, sausage, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. This is a simple yet filling breakfast. Special shout out to the potatoes. They roasted the potatoes with sun-dried tomatoes. The two ingredients together are magical. * Cornbread Waffles: The cornbread waffle was okay. The blueberry compost, graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream made this dish very desserty and too sweet for breakfast. * Shrimp and Grits: This dish was A+. It is definitely hearty and seasoned well. * Stone Ground Yellow Grits: I ordered a side of regular grits. It was cooked the way grits is suppose to taste...savory. Very good. Bottomless cocktails Uniquely, this restaurant doesn't offer bottomless mimosas; they offer bottomless cocktails. You get to choose between four cocktails and we drank them all. Please forgive me for not writing down all the cocktail names. Know that they are distinct, made with different liquors, and are a nice collection together. The bar was really slow; so when our first drink came, we put in the order for the next drink. We experienced excellent service from our server. She was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The Walrus and Ale House has officially been added to my brunch rotation. If you are in the Columbia area, come check them out.“

“Quick service and decent food. The prices are reasonable. While their wings are what you drive here for, especially on a football Sunday afternoon, might I implore you to try their variety of fries? Wings are too sticky and messy to eat while you drive back home but the fries are finger foods you can totally scarf down en route to your destination. They have honey old bay fries and I'd never even considered to top my fries with my preferred wing sauce. So good! They serve the fat crinkle cut fries and they're fried hard. That is how fries should be treated.“

Unlike other Japanese restaurants I've been to, they have just a main room with an open layout for the hibachi. There is also a bar and sushi counter. There were 14 people in my party. My friend made reservations for 6:30. Upon arrival, we were informed there was a mistake with our reservations. We needed two tables so the girl's table was seated after approximately an hour wait. The boy's table took about 1.5 hours. The guys sat at the bar and ordered drinks while they waited. I ordered the Hibachi Sirloin Steak and Scallops with fried rice and Garlic Shrimp for my appetizer. Everything was flavorful. My favorites were the garlic shrimp which I've never had before and the steak as it was tender and not chewy. Service seemed a bit slow, but our server was attentive. Because of the mishap with our reservations, they comped the boys for a round of sake. Definitely enjoyed the yummy food and highly recommend it! Just make sure to confirm reservations and ask for a name.“

The presentation was terrific and both of us were very impressed with how tasty everything was. Our server was professional and attentive. The one major disappointment was paying $6 for an assortment of rolls and the bread came out and they were all the same and honestly not very fresh.
