“Our server Mr. John was very great. Even when my card declined, he was nice enough to use his own money to pay for my drink. Tables were prestinctly clear and very sparkling because John wiped it down. Very very good employee please give him a raise. If you ever see him here please give him a big tip for me my card declined so I couldnt tip him. He is the type of person to give 100 bubble teas to the homeless and not make me pay for them. “I have had a lot of bubble teas in my life and I usually go to Gong cha and Vivi tea is my second but they don’t have as many stores. Their drinks doesn’t feel as powdered like Kung Fu tea and it’s a lot refreshing than Gong Cha. I enjoyed my tea here. I had it with pizzas across the street from Little Caesar.“

Not like many other milk tea store use artificial flavor mix, those powder. I have been here four times and have ordered mango pomelo sago and fruit tea. They all tastes great!!!!!! “Very unique type of donut. Think of it like a French cruller but slightly more dense. They are nice and soft with a little chew and the toppings are very unique. I had one with cocoa krispies and it was great.
But the woman at the counter outdid the donut and made a banger of a latte. Quite surprised as I didn’t expect much. Would stop here again just for the latte.

“One of the best boba I have ever had! And they use real fruits !

Update: this place is not consistent! The boba was excellent a few days ago, I ordered online. It arrived with tiny boba with no taste. I called and they just said « today we have the tiny pearls, not the regular Boba ». This should have been updated on their website or they should have called. They didn’t offer anything when I called :( I paid over $20 to get this delivered because it was so good last time. Won’t be going back for lack of consistency and bad customer service

2nd update: I went to the store and they gave me two drinks that were delicious, like the first time. I appreciate the service“

“Love the roasted oolong and honey amber oolong here! Two times I’ve had a self created issue one where I caused a spill with a hot drink and the workers were so polite about it and another where we forgot to order boba and they were able to add it after if we paid for the bubbles themselves. So thankful that they have been understanding both times and that the boba never fails to be good here!“

It was amazing!! the shaved ice part was creamy and fluffy (more like frozen cream, not shaved ice). all the flavors were good but I loved the red bean the most (actually i can go for any except the mango but it's a personal preference kind of thing). it was a tad expensive but I would say it's worth the treat plus the couple (I'm assuming) are lovely and nice. this is definitely our go-to bingsoo place.“
