“I have been a patron at McGarvey's for years. I love your food and service. However, first time I have a complaint. I was anxious to try the crab balls, as pictured in your menu. Although they weren't horrible, they looked nothing like the picture on your menu, very disappointed. I expected pieces of white crab meat and we got very crusted, fried little round balls. I bragged to my grandson about the picture on your menu and it was certainly not what we got. I must say, it is the first thing I have been disappointed with. Either change the picture or take them off your menu.“

Most recently went with friends on a double date & everyone was very nice, especially the kind lady who took our order (in the area where you order crab cakes & desserts). She was very patient taking our large order. Food has always been very good. “What a wonderful experience. I arrived at this restaurant for their happy hour on Saturday. It was busy but we were able to sit at a table in the bar area. “We went to don chicos this weekend off of Riva rd and Truman parkway. It was quite good and had very flavorful offerings. The recipes were authentic carribean and Venezuelan and Cuban styles. This is probably going to be the best Cuban sandwich in all of Annapolis. Being as we have so many Mexican food places. Don chicos is a. Ice and unique option. The owners tools some time to talk with us nd share their story , which was very nice and friendly. We will be going back for sure and will try out more of their menu. “First, let me say the setting is beautiful and I appreciate how spacious the dining room is. I also love the open kitchen. We were seated near by and as a person who loves to cook, it was impressive to watch how well the kitchen runs.
Next, our server, I believe her name was Kimmy, was amazing! We asked her for suggestions while deciding what to order and everything she suggested was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely sweet.
Now, the food. The steak and cheese egg rolls were delicious! Hot, cheesy and full of steak. We also had the deviled eggs and they were tasty as well. But the Stacked burger that my partner and I had was the best smash burger I've ever had! It came out so quick and piping hot. I'll be back for just that. How will I ever try another entrée with that burger in the menu? Overall, we had a lovely meal and experience.“
