“What a fantastic meal my husband and our son had. Son has been to many restaurants around the world and we all thoroughly enjoyed this one. We tried many different dishes and split them . These included the sour dough bread , liver pate, Sussex smokie, mackerel and of course had a delicious dessert after. The service and the food were fantastic.“

“This is a cute and cozy hidden gem. The perfect place to relax, have a glass of wine and a tasty tapas dish or two! They have a great wine selection and the sliders and empanadas are delicious 😋. The original artwork and decor is a vibe and people are super friendly. They make you feel like family.

The bodega has a little of everything from fresh fruit to seasoning. If you need it they probably have it! I love this little spot. We will definitely be back!“

“What a fantastic Easter Brunch! We go every year, but this year the brunch choices were even more awesome! Plus our waiter Donyell, gave us superior service, friendly, attentive and always knows just when to bring the next course. I really loathe when servers bring the food so fast and it feels rushed. “They have a small parking lot but we ended up ubering this evening. We didn't have a reservation (Friday evening 7:30 pm) and we were able to get a seat right by the door. They were definitely very busy but our server was still attentive and friendly. My friend ordered a flight of wine and I ordered a glass of the Poggio Le Volpe, 'Roma Rosso'. The wine, as always was delicious. My friend ordered the IBWC Fall Burger and I ordered the Grilled Bistro Steak Frites. The Steak was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We had also ordered side Caesar salads. It was restaurant week and neither of us opted into the the 3 courses for a price option but our server did kindly inform us that she grouped it that way to help us save and include the dessert. We ended up getting the Nutella dessert (I don't recall what it was called). While the presentation wasn't great, it was very good and I would recommend it.

And boy, did we hit the jackpot with Johnny's! Walking into Johnny's was like finding a hidden gem in a treasure map. The cozy vibes wrapped around us like a warm blanket on a chilly Sunday—it was just what we needed! We settled ourselves at the bar, eager for some drinks and snacks, and that’s where the real fun began. Our bartender was nothing short of a beverage maestro! I ordered a cortado that was so perfectly crafted I nearly swooned. Seriously, it should have been on the cover of a coffee magazine! And let me tell you about their wine list—it’s like a unique art piece. I picked a Pinot Noir to accompany my house-made Old Bay chips, and it was such a delightful pairing that I felt like a sophisticated sommelier for a moment. Now, my bourbon-loving friend was over the moon to discover that Johnny's stocked his all-time favorite brand, FEW. After indulging in wine and coffee that could make any day brighter, we just had to cap off our relaxed Sunday with a round of bourbon. “I’ve been here twice and will return again! On Thursday nights they have live jazz. Both times we all were very satisfied with our food and cocktails. The cocktails are not watered down to say the least lol. The only issue is that the food takes a while to receive however the food is always hot. Great service by staff from the beginning to the end!“
