“This Starbucks located in Harris Teeter is very convenient for residents nearby to grab a cup of freshly made coffee.

There are always some seats available and the atmosphere is nice especially when you seat next to the windows.

I usually place an order via the APP in advance. The baristas are very efficient and nice.

Recently Starbucks launched horchata flavor while the horchata foam is not quite impressive.“

The manager is sensitive to the issue, but based on the number of times I have been made ill, I do not trust them with my order and do not order from here unless I can order in person and personally ask to confirm that the order was made without the requested allergen.“

“I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.“

The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.“

“I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing my order there…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. “I have been here a lot in the last 6-8 months. I have a mixed experience with this location. The atmosphere is great and clean, workers are nice but too shy. They decided to not give out water and lock up the bathroom unless you pay. It's not a rule that all Starbucks implements since I have been to ones where they don't care who uses the bathroom. I like how it's located at the shopping center and makes it convenient to get some drink after shopping.“

“Out of the 5 or 6 Starbucks near me this location is consistently more favorable. The staff are 1 notch more mature in their service and sensitivity to the needs of the customers who either study or work remotely from this location. ALL of the team Leads at this location are masters of their craft and customer service.
On this particular evening, the "Service Master" was Ryan who I observed him do something I have not seen done before at Starbucks. He perfectly aligned each Chair-to-Table. Each table was symmetrically aligned in 1 row with a chair symmetrically aligned in 1 row. This resulted in the coffee shop looking a lot more organized. Thanks Starbucks crew at the Spectrum Ave location.“
