“This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter.“

“I’m a Clarksburg local and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts just about everyday. The workers here are so sweet. I really love how they know my order as soon as I walk in. This is what true customer service is. I even know them by name, D’mar, Ms. Maria, Bilal, Rahmah, Larissa, the young guy who works nights (I forgot his name)- but my point is, is that these people are great and I enjoy spending my money there because they make it worth it. “I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.“

“Everything this great about this place - but the consistency of drinks at this Starbucks. The location, nestled in the middle of Potomac Village and sitting in a large courtyard, provides ample space. The service is what you'd expect from Starbucks, however, the consistency of drinks simply isn't there. Perhaps because not only is there no Starbucks around for miles (I know - that's shocking), but there isn't any other coffee/meeting place around either. So, this place is busy - we all have nowhere else to go.
It has a captive market so perhaps that's why the drinks are up and Down. Please note - the drinks aren't always bad, but the % of times l've had a bad drink here is much higher than any other Starbucks I've been too.“

“My husband and I go to this location often, I want to thank Julissa for being such a great listener , very professional and such a great customer service!. Yesterday, I went to get a drink which at first was wrong not because they messed up my order but because I didn't know the exact name of my drink I just new it was the " Lavender drink". Julissa tried to find out which drink was the one I wanted and in the middle the supervisor Diarra came in and help out so we could really find out what was the drink I wanted. The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.“

The staff are 1 notch more mature in their service and sensitivity to the needs of the customers who either study or work remotely from this location. ALL of the team Leads at this location are masters of their craft and customer service.
On this particular evening, the "Service Master" was Ryan who I observed him do something I have not seen done before at Starbucks. He perfectly aligned each Chair-to-Table. Each table was symmetrically aligned in 1 row with a chair symmetrically aligned in 1 row. This resulted in the coffee shop looking a lot more organized. Thanks Starbucks crew at the Spectrum Ave location.“
