“I absolutely love Qu! My boyfriend and I grab dinner from there at least once a week. We’ve tried the tonkoto miso, beef, and the shrimp ramen! All so flavorful and filling! The sushi tacos are also to die for. They always taste fresh as they are! Last by not least the customer service is great. They always speak, smile, and food is prepared quickly! You have to try!!! Some of the best Ramen ever, by far.“

“Me and a friend visited this place for the first time. The food was really great and we enjoyed it a lot. Although they should add boba or smoothies. Different drinks to the menu would be even better! I’d definitely come back if they had boba and that ramen is so good. Please addd boba if you’re the owner!! “This is only my third time coming here but each time gets better😭 I’ve lived here my whole life and only like salmon with cooked meat or cucumber rolls so I started making my own but now I get my maki combo with crunch and eel sauce and mind my business. Next time I’m getting roe added. This place is definitely a gem. The miso soup of good too. I tried the seaweed salad but it was too fishy for me (that may be a good thing to some). “I had a craving for sushi and checked uber eats and they had a buy one get one free deal on a few items! We took advantage of the bogo deal and chose the sashimi appetizer (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) and the spicy salmon roll. All of the fish were so fresh and tasty. We also grabbed an avocado salad which comes with ginger dressing. In my opinion, the dressing is a bit on the sweeter side and would have preferred less so. Definitely a winner in my book for quick service that’s dependable regarding freshness and taste!“

Wagyu beef skewers from the bar was one of the best things I’ve ever had. All the skewers were amazing and the fried chicken and other bar snacks are classic bar foods, but way elevated- can not wait for the rest of the space to open!“

One thing I’d like to point out is that the ordering machine does not provide picture nor the detail ingredients of the dishes (I understand that it is only one man in charge of everything it would be great to have the ingredients shows in the ordering menu) but you can easily refer to the menu from google map it provides clear information.“

The hand rolls were excellent. The bowl, very good. The only knock here is they are understaffed. They had a major line but only two people working? The order took 30+ minutes and there were only four groups ahead. Can't imaging the wait for when the line really hit. Just an FYI, you'll likely need patience at prime time lunch.“

“I stopped in with friends before a event Sunday evening. The staff was warm and welcoming. I had the lentil sambusas and a peanut-infused coffee at the staff’s recommendation. The food was fast and delicious- the sambusas were warm and spicy, and the peanut coffee was delicious! In a kind gesture, the chef sent over a sampling of sushi to our table. Fresh and refreshing, the sushi was a nice complement to my sambusas and hot beverage. I’m not on this side of town often, but now I have a reason to come back.“

I ordered fried oysters, chicken teriyaki lunch with rice and soup, and a tuna and mackerel nigiri. Half way through I was confused as to what I was eating and realized it was the mackerel with a very submissive non-gamey flavor. The chicken teriyaki wasn't much to fuss about, wish it was grilled. The salad was the best I have ever had, not sure how to describe other then it was original. I told the manager all of this and she was thrilled, and they got a deserved big tip. Y'all in Washington DC are lucky 😆“

We prefer here over quick way or any other hibachi place in the area and we have some picky eaters here. You have to try their dumplings, beef and shrimp or bento boxes along with their tempura shrimps. We also love that for their Ramen, the meat or shrimp are separated from the broth and don't become soggy. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

The Women at the register are happy and efficient.

There is an unmistakable tension between the hispanic sous chefs and the main guy back there (Friday) which some may not care about. I am not trying to sound too woke and liberal. I am a foodie. In the style of nothing being hidden, somebody needs to take a joy class, or at least see it as good for business IMHO. I used to serve food in a monastery so I realize the bar is set high for me, but we would let the Donny and Debby Downers take the night off if they brought this energy into the kitchen.

Not the review you thought would happen. The food is amazing! I am not exagerating though. If I come to the door again and see the same tension-to include proximity scowls, then I’ll probably wait until another night and get a 5 Guys burger next door.

Otherwise it is a welcome change to quick food at night, on your way home, with a high quality to the brand ❤️“
