One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. “Fatboys crab shack (the original location) is always a great spot for seafood, crushes and chill atmosphere. We love the firecracker shrimp and the fish platter. We would’ve gotten the crabs but they had sold out (it was a busy Friday evening). Staff is always friendly and the kitchen and bartenders are quick. Only downside that we personally have is the good food draws flies while eating, but that comes with the territory of sitting outside. Definitely a local fave.“

“We went to don chicos this weekend off of Riva rd and Truman parkway. It was quite good and had very flavorful offerings. The recipes were authentic carribean and Venezuelan and Cuban styles. This is probably going to be the best Cuban sandwich in all of Annapolis. Being as we have so many Mexican food places. Don chicos is a. Ice and unique option. The owners tools some time to talk with us nd share their story , which was very nice and friendly. We will be going back for sure and will try out more of their menu. “No frills Amazing seafood takeout place! The fresh seafood counter looked great but we were there for the HUGE jumbo crab cakes. My son and I shared the platter which included 2 jumbo crab cakes and a side and roll for $38 and it was worth every penny. We tried one fried and one broiled. Both were great but the broiled was our favorite. So meaty and lots of flavor. We were visiting from out of state and brought it back to our hotel. Highly recommend when you're in the area!“

Online it stated they would charge 3 more of lo mein substitute instead of rice, so that was another $3 over the menu price. Food was standard tasting nothing special. Order was off too. Ordered cheese wonton and got something with meat in it. Ordered plain fried rice and got chicken fried rice with little flavoring. The general tso was mostly breading and sauce, and the broccoli wasn't cooked to softness. Will not go back.“
