“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. “Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co is a great place for Tea since I don't drink coffee. My sister loves the coffee. The food is excellent and usually the service is second to none but I have experienced one person who was a bit out of "the good customer service mood". The most memorable experience I had with them was the day I walked in and needed a tray of assorted pastries and an assortment of bottle water and OJ's. It was all done within minutes and the manager allowed me walk through the establishment as they carried everything to my car in the back of the building. She was also kind enough to provide a container to carry the water and OJ. It was all done with a smile and the greatest customer service display. I frequent there often for the Salmon Cream Cheese bagel. Great food with quick service!“

“Looking for a quick coffee break from all your shopping adventures in downtown Annapolis? Rise Up might be the spot! We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!“

“found this cute café while searching for places nearby for my partner and i to try. came here during the Halloween season, and it was decorated to fit the season and stay true to the theme they wanted when opening. theres all sorts of different seating for different people (large seats for cross legged seating, and tall chairs for studying), many different teas and coffees to try, i highly recommend the bulgogi egg and cheese bagel sandwich ! super filling for the amount of food they give you. the music isnt too loud and the environment is very welcoming as soon as you walk in all the way up until you leave.
we've only come here twice, but we'll definitely be coming here more often. even despite only coming for the second time, there was a staff member that recognized us immediately. the people who work here truly take care in what they do, theyre passionate about it too !!

“Beautiful little find that really only the locals know so it's only open on the weekends. They serve typical French pastries and breads along with hand-crafted coffees as well. The croissants are some of the best I've had, and they're always made fresh. The hours aren't long, so you'll need to time your visit carefully if you're an out-of-towner.“

“I visit this location daily, usually around noon, and the baristas are wonderful! The regulars greet me by name and always tell me to have a great day! Occasionally, there is a little note on the side of the cup, which is very sweet. When I am running an errand somewhere closer to another Starbucks, I drive to this one, even if it is out of the way that day. “I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“
