“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. “Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“I visit this location daily, usually around noon, and the baristas are wonderful! The regulars greet me by name and always tell me to have a great day! Occasionally, there is a little note on the side of the cup, which is very sweet. When I am running an errand somewhere closer to another Starbucks, I drive to this one, even if it is out of the way that day. With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. Well done! AND the coffee, promptly prepared and awaiting our approach. Turns out it was delicious!“
