“Got the breakfast plate (forgot the name already, sorry) with biscuit, eggs, meat choice (I got thick cut bacon) and 2 hash browns. Damn was that good. I normally don't love thick cut bacon so thick that it's chewy, but it was like pork belly consistency, and damn good. Hash browns were nice and crispy and golden brown, eggs were cooked perfectly, biscuit was delicious with some of their honey butter and blueberry preserves. And the cashier/server who took our order, she was great and super helpful. (Sorry I didn't get a name, I'm doing great on memory today lol) Will definitely be stopping by again here soon.“

“Came here a few times during vacation in the area. The food was great. The eggs honestly were better cooked than most cafes I have been to. The coffee which was fairly priced was very smooth and the best cup in my recent travels. Great music and selection of furniture and food. “Love this place! The staff is incredibly wonderful. Always so sweet and helpful. Always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and improvise when needed. Been multiple times and have always had a great experience. They also work their butts off keeping the orders cranking out. We have a gluten allergy and dairy allergy in our family so they are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating when we order. The space is adorable. You can feel the vibe that is a kind, loving, community space.“

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.

The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.

When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.

Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.“

“My waitress Ms. Zafirah was great! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. My good however was a problem. I’m 37 weeks prego. I ordered the trifecta with a pancake. Had to send it back 3 times in order to get hot food. Was not happy about the kitchen service but my waitress was nice.“

“I'm at a loss for words! I only discovered this place thanks to my fiancé. He raves about it every day but never brings anything home. So, I decided to tag along with him on his way to work.

All I can say is OMG! The portion sizes are just right, and I'm gradually making my way through the entire menu. Everything I've tried has been delicious, and the best part is that it's incredibly affordable! Customer Service is 10/10 everyone is nice and friendly!“

Lydia is an excellent barista.Very convenient for those staying at any of the several hotels in the area, this shop is located in the lobby of Renaissance. They have several sandwiches, pastries and snacks available as well as hot and cold beverages. They have indoor or outdoor seating, or you can take to go. Remember to ask for a mug if you are enjoying your order in their restaurant or in the beautiful lobby of the hotel…one less cup to the landfill.Update: I went by a bit earlier today and the commuter crowd was lined up. Helen was handling the barista counter and got everyone their orders quickly, with that wonderful smile and the quality perfect, as expected!“

“On "Oyster Mondays" (from 4pm-close), there are specials on oysters: $1/oyster on a half shell, $16 fried oyster basket comes w/herbed fries, $16 oyster po' boy w/herbed fries. Also, M-F happy hour deals on drinks and half-price appetizers. We enjoyed excellent service from Janine (who is invaluably bilingual). The oysters were fresh, clean, sweet and briny. We have been to oyster specials at other restaurants and find that the quality at Wegmans Pub is always good. Outside happy hour or on the regular menu, the food is tasty and comprised of quality ingredients.“

“This place is phenomenal, the inside is clean and creative. The flavors of the ice creams are awesome, and Danny makes a mean cappuccino (among other drinks!). This is just a great location, you can come here for breakfast or to grab a coffee...or you can head next door to Northside and grab a mimosa and/or lunch. We come here all the time, it's wonderful. The staff here are truly what makes this place a gem, they are all so polite and kind. It has that family feel --they make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend for everyone.“

“I've eaten here twice before and the service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent! We came today at 1:40pm for pancakes and bacon but when we arrived the Open sign was turned off and the ladies told me they had already put everything away and were about to shutdown, which I found ridiculous! It looked like they'd had everything put away for quite some time since they were actively cleaning at that time. If you ask me, a restaurant should take orders until closing time, but perhaps that's just me...“

“I ordered pickup. I was greeted and directed to the pickup area. I arrived early & informed the staff but was told to wait. A few minutes later, a different staff member asked me my name and checked on my order. He returned with it at the appropriate time of my pickup time.“

“Food is typical Panera. Coffee bar is there. They get it done quick and have the typical ordering pods near the actual register as well as a pick up area and status board.

This Panera has something others don't. The young person there when I ordered was genuinely interested in providing great service, kind, and actually wanted to be good to everyone that came in. They even seemed to recognize regulars. Even if it was fake, it was appreciated.

Only negative was that there wasn't any place to plug in my laptop, but I get it. Still a nice surprise compared to the one near me.“

“I love the food at EllaRay’s Cafe. I go there every week. I usually call my order in and pick it up in 15 or 20 minutes. I prefer the vegetable platter and an extra side of beans. The portions are enough for two meals for me. I love breakfast there also. Glad I discovered them.“

“This is one of my favorite bakery’s for sweet bread! I can’t stress enough at the fact that if you love Mexican conchas not every place makes them the same! I’ve trained different bakeries and this is my Number one for conchas! The softness and right amount of sugar and it doesn’t have the yeast, baking powder taste to it like in other places. So if you are looking for conchas they make them fresh every day, they are done by 1pm BUT they are so popular so they are gone by 6pm! So check your time! I’ve been coming here for a month now and every time I come they aren’t finished being made yet or they are gone already haha. Let me tell you the waiting game is sooooo worth my drive for it! Come get your conchas! They have other pastries and other kinds of pan dulce (sweet bread). Finally got my bag today so I can go enjoy a piece with my coffee ❤️“

“I’ve visited this new Panera on post a few times now and have been quite impressed, despite some negative reviews I’ve seen. The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it will be busy. We also had our office lunch catered from here, and everything was prepared on time and to a high standard. Many thanks to the entire staff!“

“One of the best tasting meals I have had in a long time, the depth of flavors was on par with some of the Micheline Star experiences I’ve had in the DC area. Awaze Tibs were so so good! Mouthwatering meat in delicious medley of sauces and veggies, I couldn’t stop eating it! And the veggie combo plate was nothing short of satisfying with an amazing array of flavors. The Ingera from Ethiopia was incredibly light and tasty. Love this place! The cashier was polite and helpful, and the chef deserves all the compliments! Will definitely be back“

“For a little café, it delivers so much! Family run, minority business. Sandwiches cold and hot are really good. Also serves coffee/ tea, drinks, candy, baked goods. Make sure you ask for TWO eggs on breakfast sandwiches since they usually only use one egg. In NY, all breakfast sandwiches standardly are made with two eggs. I'm sure the shop pays high rent and taxes and happy to support a local business in the Inova hospital location.“

“I usually go to Time Ethiopian Cafe and Market to buy Ethiopian bread(injera), meat, and other miscellaneous items, and I’ve never actually sat down to eat there. But last week, I ordered tibs and a vegetarian combo, and the food was excellent. the flavors were great, and the portions and variety were better than most Ethiopian restaurants I’ve tried.

Today, I ordered fish cutlet with pasta, and once again, the taste was amazing and the portion was more than enough for one person. I really hope they keep the food quality this consistent.“

“Love this Panera. Everyone is always so nice here. There’s one man who works the drive thru who is SOOO nice and friendly. It really makes my day whenever he is working.

A few times my order might be wrong, but they quickly remedy it if that’s the case (only issue I’ve had is sometimes they forget one of my sides if I order more than 1 side). My sandwich is always right.
I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. I love both, but lunch is more filling.“
