This was during COVID-19 era, so I ordered my sandwich, went out side to make some calls and 5-7 minutes later my Pannini was done. I believe I had the roast beef w/ bacon, but whatever it was - it was cooked just right and the veggies didn't overbear the sandwichs as is often the case. “My wife and I spent the afternoon at National Harbor. We had a very good time there. The weather was exceptional. Not sure if we ventured into Potbelly because we wanted a sub or if it was just the closest place to us when she had to pee lol. She ordered a meatball sub and I got the new farmhouse sub. The establishment was very clean and pleasing. Workers were very friendly. The table booths there reminded us of a vintage cruise ship feeling. Even though neither of us I have been on a vintage cruise ship. Both subs were delicious but I believe my farmhouse was better than her meatball sub. I gave her a bite of my sub and we found ourselves going back as we left for the day, buying another one to take home. Would definitely go back“

“I go to this location frequently and the staff is great! I always place the order thru the app and my order is always ready and prepared properly.

The only issue I have is adding a bottled drink to my order, this location doesn't offer it and this is frustrating because when I order it's for convenience.“

“This Subway location is the best that I have stumbled upon. I have a Subway in my hometown and rarely visit; the employees are mostly teenagers. Enough said. My food was prepared by Mr. Rubel (Roo-bell). It was hot, prepared exactly as I asked, and served with a smile. The parking area was easy in and out, with no problems getting around this small strip of businesses. The bathrooms were spotless on the day I visited. The restaurant was clean with no trash, dirt, or dust anywhere. The tables were all wiped down with chairs pushed in. All emplyees were working hard, going about their duties and preparing for the day. It was early, between eight and ten in the morning. I was welcomed, pleasantly served, and thanked for patronizing this Subway by Mr. Rubel. After I left and got in my vehicle I decided to get a few pics and write a review because the service cleanliness and quality of food here were exceptional. I thought maybe I dreamed the whole encounter. Nope. I went back inside and Mr. Rubel was interacting with another customer. He was so pleasant and accommodating that I realized I had stumbled across a true Gem. I will stop here again for sure.“

“Old mom and pop shop, in the neighborhood for decades. Rarely go there now but the food quality is good and has not changed. The one lady behind the counter always has a attitude. Unsure why she is the front because she has been like that for YEARS. Besides her, you can expect decent quality food, for okay prices. (1 shrimp egg roll is almost $2, sometimes my fries are not well cooked.)Best if you can get the lunch special if your stopping by, and if you place an order in person when they aren't busy.“

“Its good. Of all the food court options on Ft. Belvoir, Charley’s does the best job offering a consistently good product. The food is cooked to order the way you want it, so it’s always hot and fresh. Basically the opposite of the Panda Express next to it. If you happen to be in or near the PX, I recommend this location.
