“You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.

I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.

Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.

My favorites are the Italian on Parm bread Mikes way with relish. The cheesesteak, add bacon. The Tuna is always good too.“

“I decided to give the store and MOST ESPECIALLY the Team 5 stars because it was during lunchtime when i walked in there. Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. But not because they were slow, because they were busy with the online orders and then within minutes the rush came in. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind. People make mistakes…give grace when grace is needed and it will be contagious and repaid if not paid forward. My parents loved their subs and so did I! Thank you James and team!!!“

“Traveler that attended Super MAGFest 2026. Was looking for a local place to try and Potbelly caught my eye as a sub sounded a good way to fill me up after my journey here. Cozy interior, despite the crowded interior thanks to the event. Despite that, got an Original Pizza Melt Sub and Strawberry Shake. The sub was very flavorful, the bread also being of note for being nicely toasted and good. The ingredients in the sub were flavorful and great. Decided I wanted to sample another dish, I got a cup of Chicken Pot Pie. Absolutely divine soup. Very warm flavor that is comforting and savory. It saddens me a bit knowing I won't be able to get to here once I return home. But it gets my approval. 😄“

The chili sauce that they put on some of their items is to die for, worth every penny!

“Its good. Of all the food court options on Ft. Belvoir, Charley’s does the best job offering a consistently good product. The food is cooked to order the way you want it, so it’s always hot and fresh. Basically the opposite of the Panda Express next to it. If you happen to be in or near the PX, I recommend this location.

“This restaurant is our absolute favorite fast food restaurant. The quality of the sandwiches is always excellent, the staff is always friendly, and they are very efficient in making our subs exactly how we request them. The atmosphere is typical fast food, but if you go in expecting that, then the atmosphere is perfect. This is a great place to get good, healthy fast food at a great price!“

“Just stopped in for lunch, the sandwich I ordered looked like its picture and didn’t lack in ingredients. The staff was kind and the place was clean. Watching the staff the seemed to work well together and they communicated with each other. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. I had the spicy Cajun chicken. I highly recommend this location.“

“First fast food that didn't disappoint me. They actually cook right in front of you to create a very good, quality hot sub. “The subway was inside of a Sunoco gas station, I didn't purchase anything from Subway but I did leave small like a Subway sub. It smelled delicious. So my review is purely based on the smell of the bread and the subs at the subway inside of the Sunoco near National Harbor. The lady who waited on me was also very pleasant. It was clean from what I can see. Oh and I started off by using the air pump for my tires, and then I went in and paid for my gas that's when I smelled the Subway!“

“As far as Subways goes, this is one of the nicest Subways I have visited in a long time. I selected the cafeteria in the hospital before going to Subways. After seeing the options available in the cafeteria, I decided to go to the Subways. I ordered a foot long meatball sandwich. I didn’t expect the price to be over $9 but not shocked. The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.“

“As good as any subway can be. Hours are weird as one of the days, they close at 4pm. I seem to have forgotten a pair of gloves after leaving shortly before closing. I ran back thinking I could find them there and they just insisted "No" because it was after closing time. It was correctly listed. Perhaps it is a DC thing. Will still go back next time I'm staying in that area.“
