“This was an incredible experience. My husband & I shared a strip steak, my daughter had a strip steak and granddaughter the lamb. All were beautifully cooked. We shared 4 sides and had the parker rolls. My granddaughter ordered the Bananas Foster for her birthday and we all shared. I would go back just for that!“

“Dodah's on Marlboro Pike, in District Heights, Maryland is finally open, y'all! If you want some good vegan food, you all better get your behinds over to Dodah's Kitchen. This teriyaki cauliflower and this sweet kale salad are delicious. I can't wait to go back to try the teriyaki chicken sandwich made from oyster mushrooms and the chickpea salad. They also have vegan fish, crab cakes, and a whole list of other deliciousness. The owner, Edwin, is a really nice guy and very accommodating. So Google their menu and head on over and get you some. I'm so glad they are starting to invest in restaurants like this in our area. Thanks, Edwin, for your hospitality and serving some good vegan food. I started to come to Mr. Dunston’s store early last summer a trip provided by my boyfriend and I just can’t get enough! He knows that I deal with a lot of herbs, healing, holistics, health and wellness, hair growth and so much more! This was a great treat to me and this is my spot for most of my needs! “It was amazing. Simply amazing. Casual, not luxurious, but so cute. Small yet roomy. And clean. The pizza was incredible. I think they make their tomato sauce themselves. You know how at those fancy pizzerias the taste is good but when you fold the slice New York–style, the tip droops down because it’s soggy? This was nothing like that. It was a huge pizza, but the tip of the slice never drooped. Perfectly crispy.

They also give little packets of oregano and amazingly good chili flakes, which I thought was such a nice touch.

The interior is very charming. I just think the lemonade could have been a bit better. I hope the taste always stays this way.“
