“Holy cow, if you are into the fried chicken craze, Jumbo Jumbo is a must. Bon Chon is good, but the flavor of the Taiwanese chicken here beats it hands down. Don't expect as much crunch.I had the fried combo (chicken, tofu, squid). I didn't love the squid as it had a bit of fishy aftertaste that I don't generally get in calamari. The chicken and the tofu were spectacular.Good value for the price.I have been to the location in Rockville that closed. This was just as good.Highly recommend.“

“My boyfriend and I went in to try their bingsoo and we just had to come back and try all the flavors. It was amazing!! the shaved ice part was creamy and fluffy (more like frozen cream, not shaved ice). all the flavors were good but I loved the red bean the most (actually i can go for any except the mango but it's a personal preference kind of thing). it was a tad expensive but I would say it's worth the treat plus the couple (I'm assuming) are lovely and nice. this is definitely our go-to bingsoo place.“

The tapioca was sweet and the perfect level of chewy, and the drink was so creamy and delicious. It tasted like real strawberry, not artificial. I’m pretty sure there was even real strawberry particles in my drink. I will definitely be going to my nearest Kung Fu Tea next time I want strawberry boba.“

My family and I stopped in here a couple of weeks ago and we are all completely hooked! This ice cream is absolutely nostalgic, texture of which resembles the hand churn ice cream from your childhood. The flavors and toppings are simply amazing. I love that the cream is of just the right sweetness. There is subtlety and delicacy in the flavor that would otherwise be very difficult to balance. Staff is so friendly. This is our new favorite dessert place! Can’t wait to go back again soon!“

“I recently visited Tzone Dessert Bar in Sterling, VA, and while my experience had its highs and lows, it was overall decent. The fruity tea I got was "I Love Tzone". Overall the drink itself was good. I loved the flavor and the freshness of the fruit. Personally I didn't like the boba that they had. It had no flavor overall. Plus the croissant was quite disappointing; it seems over stale and more or less store bought, On the bright side, the service was excellent—prompt and friendly, which really enhanced the visit. I’d be willing to give Tzone another try, hoping for a better dessert next time.“

The drinks are a little more expensive though. I got around 8–10 different desserts plus 2 drinks for about $35. Everything was pretty good. My favorite was definitely the glazed croissant donut. “This place is adorable! I went to use the self service kiosk and my son wanted a newer flavor of donut that wasn’t loaded into the kiosk yet so Dahn came up and helped us. She was super sweet and helpful. Thankfully, she let us know that the donut my son picked was peach flavored…my son doesn’t like peach so he chose a strawberry milk donut instead and he loved it so much he wanted me to buy him another one! The strawberry matcha, brown sugar milk tea and Oreo croffles were sooooooo good. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Dahn and Donutchew!“
