“I've lived in the area for 19yrs and have ordered delivery, take out as well as dined in on occasion. The food has always been exceptional and special accommodations honored. Their portion sizes, friendliness and packaging are also stellar - I will always be a customer. Love this place!“

“Memory lane. My old friend used to get food from here and share it with me. I didn't know that and didn't understand why she braved through the hood for this place until I left the DMV area. It's worth it. This was the first place that I was introduced to Chinese carryout food and mumbo sauce. Check this out: Mumbo sauce is a DIP for fried chicken wings and not a wet rub. The correct and best way is to dip your fried chicken wings in the mumbo sauce (like you dip your wings in ranch dressing). If you want to smother your wings in mumbo sauce, then that is your personal preference, but anyone or any place serving the wings to you already smothered in mumbo sauce is wrong. Mumbo sauce is pink and is supposed to come in a condiment cup (just like ranch dressing). Another thing: The wings here taste good on their own and better with mumbo sauce. Best wings in the DMV. Best mumbo sauce in the DMV. Best wings & mumbo sauce pairing in the DMV. I said it. I left the DMV years ago and there is no American Chinese carryout that compares to this place in my travels. Trust me, only NYC Chinese carryouts can dare compete. I only took off a star because of my ordering experience years ago. I brought my brother here to order carryout because I am not brave enough to go to the hood by myself, and the lady who took my order was rude, not nice, unfriendly, unwelcoming, the worst. It's as if I wasn't a human being. If I wasn't determined to have my brother taste the food (he agreed that it tasted really good), then I would have turned around and said forget it.“
“Had the deluxe sashimi. While I’m not a fan of white tuna, I get why it’s included. The hamachi was really good, melt in your mouth. As was the rest of the sashimi. I liked how seaweed salad was used as a bed for one of the fish. And need that miso soup for the probiotic and comfort on a cold fall evening.“

“Small and cozy setting food was great. The only issue is limited parking in the area.“

“This little cafe is, by far, the best place to eat in Union Station. It is upstairs on the east side of the mezzanine level offering a very wide variety of tasty Asian and Middle Eastern dishes in a quiet, courteous and uncrowded environment. My wife and I live nearby and, for over 20 years have come frequently for lunch and the occasional dinner. This is definitely THE place to eat in Union Station.“

“Khin’s Sushi gets my vote for tasty sushi at reasonable prices. Khin’s is in an odd space. They share their small and minimal dining area with a pizza place. Khin’s also sells gelato. It’s a weird one-stop-shop for all things lunch. But I digress. We tried a variety of basic sushi like their California roll. It was all good. The rolls were not huge. But we enjoyed them. The service is a bit gruff. And the ambiance is pure 80’s fast food. But forget about all of that. Go in, grab some sushi while your spouse/partner/friend grabs a slice. And enjoy a good meal together. We will return.“

“Customer service is nothing amazing but the food is good. I usually get take out. They have Chinese and other Asian dishes but I usually get sushi. Can’t go wrong with the Flaming lips and the coconut shrimp specialty rolls, but the others are good too.“

“I went at noon and it was not crowded at all, and it was quiet, a big bonus for me these days. No loud music and people shouting in order to converse over it. The food was very good, very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for Asian fusion cuisine and sushi.“

“Indochine Express – Our Go-To Chinese Spot for Over a Decade!
We’ve been loyal customers of Indochine Express for more than 10 years, and we simply won’t eat Chinese food from anywhere else. We’ve tried many places over the years, but nothing compares to the delicious, fresh, and high-quality meals they consistently deliver.
Whenever we crave Chinese food, we’re more than willing to drive an hour just to enjoy their amazing dishes — that’s how good it is! Their staff is always warm and welcoming, greeting us like family every time we visit. It’s more than just a restaurant to us now — it feels like home.
We truly hope they consider opening more franchises so more people can experience the incredible food and service they offer. Highly recommended!“

“We were on our trip to DC. By chance I pulled into the parking lot to check GPS. The wife suggested we grab a quick bite. The food was very decent. The waitress was not rude, but not polite either. Maybe that’s the thing with Chinese, we are not warm to our own kind.“

“I regularly order sushi from this restaurant and usually go for either the Shrimp Tempura Roll or the Salmon Tempura Roll with added cream cheese inside the roll. However, today was a disappointing experience. I ordered two lunch specials (which should include a total of four rolls) through Uber Eats, requesting the Salmon Tempura Roll with cream cheese inside the roll.
Unfortunately, I only received one lunch special (just two rolls), which I reported through the Uber Eats app for a refund. On top of that, instead of adding the cream cheese inside the roll as requested, it was just placed on top—which really affects the flavor and overall experience. Anyone who enjoys sushi knows that how the roll is made impacts the taste.
While I’m disappointed with this order, I still enjoy their food and hope this was just a one-off mistake.“

“I had a craving for sushi and checked uber eats and they had a buy one get one free deal on a few items! We took advantage of the bogo deal and chose the sashimi appetizer (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) and the spicy salmon roll. All of the fish were so fresh and tasty. We also grabbed an avocado salad which comes with ginger dressing. In my opinion, the dressing is a bit on the sweeter side and would have preferred less so. Definitely a winner in my book for quick service that’s dependable regarding freshness and taste!“

“Pretty good service, I ordered over the phone. The delivery man was very pleasant and amiable
My favorite is beef and broccoli, tender beef with broccoli. I also love the shrimp fried rice. The double cheeseburger jumbo is no slouch either
All reasonable price burgers come with french fries and soda. Good deal.“

“Ordered on Uber eats… came hot, good portion of food and tasty. I got the Salmon Bento box… loved that it came with spring rolls, dumplings and California rolls in addition to your entree with two included sides. All for an extremely affordable price, wish I knew about this place sooner!“

“My late Dad and l had always visited this 75 pho shop weekly. The soup broth is always rich, tasty in dark brown color ( from lots of beef bone in the soup ). The base seasoning is just right- not so strong and is just enough for you to smell it from the place’s front door. Lean meat is very tender. What my Dad and l could never stand - whenever we went eat at different pho places - is that the 5 spice base is way too strong!? The broth isn’t rich and yet, too much sugar that they added in.
Pho 75 is always maintain the same taste and service is good. Last but not least: the PRICE is RIGHT, much cheaper most other pho shops in town.“

“First time visiting. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken, Combination Lo Mein, and California Sushi Rolls (8 pieces). The total came to $33.
TIP: any oder of $30 comes with one complimentary can soda.
Any order over $35 comes with a complimentary regular (no veggies, no chicken, etc.) Lo Mein.
The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced for the quality of the product. We will be visiting again!“
