“Amazing tacos here. Perhaps the best in the city. What makes this place spectacular is the salsa, both the roja and the verde. Tortillas weren’t dry or sandy like how they can be in a lot of other places.

I also had quesadillas and the chips and guacamole. Both were incredible.“

“I was so lucky to be able to try this truck a few times when the first started a couple of years ago and loved it then. I brought some international colleagues to this truck, making big promises, and Tacos Mi Rancho is still my favorite truck after all these years. With the 3 year gap of having it, it was still the best taco truck in my opinion. Food came out fast even though they had a long line of customers and the quesobirria was perfect as always. I also think they price very reasonably! My international colleagues were blown away by their food.“

“This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go! The Roost was my go to during the pandemic with tons of outdoor seating. Since it was in my neighborhood we frequented a lot. The staff watched my little one practically grow up there! It became our meeting place and neighborhood watering hole. Quick and efficient and some of the best food and customer service! We’ve moved from the area but always stop by when in town because it feels like home!“

I think a menu price would be great.. small limited menu I dont think they offer drinks (there’s a 7 eleven right up the street) but overall pretty good no frills spot & will definitely go again next time I am in that area“

“Best experience ever, thank you! My soon to be 5 year old daughter wanted to go to Bar Taco for her birthday dinner this past Saturday evening. Not surprisingly as it was prime time on a Saturday they had a decent wait but she was determined. The hostess was kind and made sure to keep us updated on where we were on the list while continuously checking how close the tables were to clearing out while also letting my 2 girls pick out full size coloring books. Once we got a table the hostess danced with my daughters to the table. As soon as we sat down the manager came by and said “I heard we have a birthday being celebrated here?” In such a way that really made her feel like a princess. He then brought both my daughters free Shirley Temples and apologized for the wait. After we finished eating the same manager brought both girls free ice cream and comped our dessert we ordered. To top it all off they stopped the girls on the way out and gave them Bar Taco sunglasses, stickers, and a bandana. Thank you making an amazing birthday celebration for my daughter and making this solo dad look cool and like he actually knows what he is doing when it comes to celebrating his girls. I doubt she will ever want to go anywhere else for her birthday dinner.“

“I spent a couple hours here because my flight was delayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Cosmos were perfectly pink. (If they’re clear and red they’re not made correctly) and only $6 during Happy Hour. I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, Cosmos I ordered the Bora Bora marinated chicken without the tortilla over rice. It was delicious! The chicken was so tender and tasty and all the flavors were wonderful. I also enjoyed watching the surfers on TV,. The waves relaxed me instead being stressed out over a delayed flight. “I order delivery from here often and its my new favorite go to Mexican spot. Everything is exceptionally flavorful, well-seasoned, and fresh. Nothing is overly salty or greasy, and it genuinely tastes homemade. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. Especially love the adobo chicken bowl and the chicken tinga bowl. Appreciate that they include 3 salsas on the side to mix & match which are really delicious. Love that you can taste the fire-roasted flavor in them!“

“The food was good quality, and on par with Mexican restaurants in the district. For some reason, restaurants in the DMV always make a good branzino, and Muchas Gracias is no exception. Although I didn’t try the tres leches, it looked absolutely amazing. The hole in the wall, narrow cantina atmosphere was really cool, and created a really interesting place to eat a meal. I had the fajitas (giving them a fair 7.5/10).

The best part of the dining experience was the service. Very, very attentive and understanding to our table, checking if the food was alright or if we needed any drinks, regularly coming to refill water. We did not feel forgotten.“

“It’s a whole vibe at MaryLou’s! I ended up here because I great friend of the family picked this place for dinner to catch up. The staff was really nice. The food I had was really good. I ordered the lamb chops with a salad. Delicious in my book 👏🏿👏🏿 I was also able to try some of their greens which were good as well. The DJ kept things interesting with a Trivia Game for shots of Don Julio. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning“

“I enjoyed dining at this pupuseria. It was the first time I had been back since it was called the Magic Skillet years ago. Luckily, the restaurant still has all of breakfast menu items from back in the day Plus some classic Latin dishes. My friend ordered the traditional southwest omelet. I ordered a chicken pupusa, a tamal and a taco Al pastor. The pupusa was a 5/5. It was amazing! The tamal and taco were good, 4/5. My friend loved his menu choice. Prices are very fair as well. We’ll definitely be back.“
