Heck, the morning crew knows us by name - and yeah, that's likely a sign that we probably spend a little too much time there, but the level of effort that takes isn't a realistic expectation from a quick-service facility, and it makes us feel incredibly special.

I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. I came in hoping to buy a specific cake for my girlfriend’s stepmother’s birthday, but unfortunately the last one was purchased by the couple right in front of me. I was honestly pretty disappointed.

Mayleen immediately recognized how disappointing the situation was and handled it with such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, took the time to make me feel valued as a customer, and even went above and beyond by offering me slices of another delicious cake as a thoughtful gesture.
