“We were a party of 6 and used 2 F1 simulators. We all raced the Rookie level to get our bearings. Then the competition was on. Had loads of fun and plan to return with much more people. A great place for large gatherings. The cost for 90-minutes of racing is $31.00. Food variety was good and very flavorful. Recommend.“

Stopped in here for brunch with a 1PM reservation on a Saturday. Party of three. We opted for bottomless mimosas (pineapple and cranberry). Our waitress(es) were a delight and attentive - Shoutout to DeLo! My two friends opted for the breakfast burrito while I had steak and eggs. The potatoes were seasoned well and the steak was cooked to my preferred doneness. Since it's a bistro they did not have steak sauce - however they offered me other options which included a mushroom gravy type sauce which paired so well with the steak. I would return just for that combination. I didn't see too many reviews for brunch so I wanted to provide some pictures for that. It's a small space with cute esthetic. It reminds me of a nice remote working coffee shop vibe. I cannot wait to return!“

“Part of a food court so can't say there's atmosphere, really. Things are made fresh, which is great, but it means you need to wait a bit. I like that they use the traditional bamboo steamers and serve them to you that way. Large portions in one order. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Vegan options.“

“First time visiting DC, after exploring the city and carrying a toddler who was all set to throw tantrums the moment we sat to dine at Jab we met, the staff and the manager of the restaurant impressed us with their sweet and kind gesture by offering a cup of mango lassi and other treats to calm down our little bundle of joy who was bubbling with a lot of energy and excitement of being at new place and surroundings. The lady was really courteous and the food was great 👍 We enjoyed the meal and a bunch of thanks to the lady, manager and the whole staff of Jab we met👏 Thank you 🙏“

“This place is intoxicating!! The decor is very Gatsbyesque! Totally cool private gin club speakeasy vibe. Went here for after dinner drinks with my girlfriends and it really hit the mark! The cocktails were gorgeous and delicious! I recommend the Gimlet. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. “Really enjoyed our meal here! The service is INCREDIBLE. Unbelievably friendly staff. Our food was a little slow to come out, but without even having to bring it to their attention, they apologized and comped us 2 drinks. When the food did arrive, it was absolutely delicious. The sliders were juicy, and if you get them, make sure you order the fries because the seasoning is divine. Also really loved the fried green tomatoes! We had a lovely time!“

“In town for my birthday and found Trouble Bird in my search for a good cocktail bar. I was absolutely NOT disappointed. Bartender and server(didn't get their names) were very knowledgeable, drinks and food were made with care and the service was excellent. I come from a control state so their rum selection felt like it was excellently curated, and offered a lot of balance. Felt like a kid in a candy store. (Though a little worried it came across as more of a drug addict to the bartender😂) Definitely plan on returning next time I'm in town (probably even before I head back home this time around) and would certainly recommend to friends and family.“

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

“So I’m originally from northeast DC and back in the day, late 1990s early 2000s, DC had black stores that the community knew like family. Now, when I tell you Trinity Grill gives off that type of aura, they not only embody it, they emphasize it. Besides having great food Chicken Cheese Steak and today the Jerk Chicken sandwich on coco bread😩🤤. They have game nights with throwbacks like Jenga Pictionary, they also sell frozen margaritas, they even have Sports betting machines, When I tell you they have every convenience imaginable. Special shout out to the manager and the cooks they’re awesome“

“I had a 30 year high school reunion on May 3, 2024 at 3 pm. Everyone had a great time meeting with old friends again. The restaurant is quite spacious and accommodating for our needs.“
“This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go! The Roost was my go to during the pandemic with tons of outdoor seating. Since it was in my neighborhood we frequented a lot. The staff watched my little one practically grow up there! It became our meeting place and neighborhood watering hole. Quick and efficient and some of the best food and customer service! We’ve moved from the area but always stop by when in town because it feels like home!“

“First time visiting this restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. I had the pork chops with gravy ( ask for extra) , collard greens and Mac and cheese. My daughter had the baked chicken with the creole sauce 😋 with Mac and candied yams or sweet potatoes

“What a hidden gem Dionne’s and Scarlet & Oak are! I ordered the chicken sandwich and crab fries… and YUM! My friend ordered the fish sandwich and crab fries and our total was $28. For DC, that’s inexpensive but even better, it was delicious. The entire space is beautiful, clean, and bright. This would be a great place for many different types of events. I’m already thinking about who and what I can bring back to it so we ensure the local businesses within are supported and it stays open for years to come.“

Was bummed that their isn’t a food option but you can order in which is a major plus..But scratch all of that Dericka was my server & let me tell you she’s great! I wasn’t rushed into ordering anything but I also waiting all forever either. I asked for her personal preferences just to see what kind of server I’m dealing with & She has excellent conversation skills because for a split second I forgot I was at a bar. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a robot or your normal bar industry worker (ex restaurant manager). She brings that “home comfort” aura with her. Idk where y’all found her but y’all have a golden egg in your hands if no one noticed. Will be coming back & bring friends/family!“

“The food was good. I was there for happy hour and had the chicken and beef tacos. The views and seating were nice and chill. The price of the happy hour drinks were good but the consistency between the bartenders were off. You could order the same drink from both that were on staff and get a totally different color and flavor. One was not that pleasant but maybe she was having a bad day? Plus there was a mixup with errant charges applied to one of my friend's tab unfortunately that brought down the mood/vibe of the experience. I would try it again though but not running immediately back there.“
“Stopped by this restaurant and lounge, and it did not disappoint. The food was really good, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. It has a nice balance of good food and a fun lounge vibe.
The staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything came out fresh. Once the music picked up, the whole place had a great energy without feeling overcrowded.
