“I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. “I Placed a order for delivery just getting off from work, and it took them an hour to deliver it (unusual)but when they arrived I missed the call(s), fault of mine but I was sleep. The next day I called about the mishap and they said I can come pick up a fresh order when ready. ?5⭐️customer “

“?I went in for a 1/2 cold cut sub /w a cheddar broccoli soup meal (but also had wanted some chicken noodle soup as an alternative choice??‍♂️grandparents). My order was prepared in a timely matter due to it was the slow peak hours?. I accidentally grabbed the bag that the soup was in incorrectly so the soup spilled???‍♂️. The employee(but I assume she's the manager because of the humility she displayed & they we're wearing the same uniform) listened my concern to what occurred after I left the establishment from recieving my order. A little rush came in (maybe 6 or 7 hungry customers came in as I was about to get the replace cup to pr my soup in. I humbled myself and waited patiently as the other patrons placed they're order. The young lady employee(she was older than I was but showing respect and gratitude because a man never ask a ladies age) called me to the register and gave me a new soup. I only went back into the establishment to swap soup cups but because of my patience I was rewarded with a new soup and was also warned to be careful this time. Moral of the story is patience brings greater rewards. FYI The Service was excellent which put a smile on my face. You never know who'll brighten your day.“

They also need to change their gloves after each process when touching the equipment and touching the bread with the same gloves. “It’s a busy rainy day. It’s Saturday around 3:40pm. This man is by himself working hard. I’m sure he’s frustrated, and tired but he’s not showing it. He still has great customer service, and a smile. Whoever his boss is should appreciate him if not with a raise but a day off.“

“The bread was a little undercooked / doughy on this particular occasion. Could have been a bad batch. Generally I'm happy enough with Subway. They offer a reasonable number of sandwich options, food quality is a little better than average. This particular Subway is not one that I would sit in, although it's convenient to have some reasonably priced food when i need it.“

I literally witnessed one of the workers getting harassed and talked down by one of the guests yesterday and all I could think was “wow, thank you for showing up to work today”. “I ordered my food went to use the bathroom. I told the staff the bathroom was dirty. She said she cleaned it last night and Began blaming the customers. It was 3pm. They open at 9. They only clean bathroom once a day. I didn't buy food nonetheless. Purchased from restaurant next door instead.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by this subway. The shopping center it sits in doesn't look nice, but when you step inside this subway, it is very clean, neat, and smells delicious. It actually made me want to sit in there to eat. I ordered online and the guy who made my sandwiches was like a pro, it was done neatly, correctly, and wrapped perfectly at the end like it was fit for a commercial. Will definitely come back. This is by far the cleanest subway I've ever been to!“
