“Been coming to this arbys for a few years, mostly to pickup my mobile order. In my opinion, this is one of the best fast food places, especially in terms of their customer service. The workers have always been super friendly, rarely mess up orders, never stingy with portions or sauces. You don't see that often with fast food places these days. They give arbys a good reputation.“

About over a month ago I was sent a kits to heart box and I couldn’t believe how there were so many things in the box, everything was made from the heart of someone truly special who volunteered their time to make someone else smile and make them feel cared about while battling this bad disease.. everything was so heart warming…from the encouraging cards, cute sticks that were hand made ( SpongeBob was the best and the fry sticker ), the hand made birds, hearts, facial products, the silky smooth chapstick, the wash cloths, water bottle, crossword puzzle book, other magazines and items. “Words cannot describe the absolute perfection that is the Myersville McDonald's. Every experience is such a positive experience that I look forward to going back each time. The service is absolutely top notch. The associates are SO friendly and warm. I typically utilize the drive-thru and it is the quickest drive-thru rivaling Chickfila by far. The ease that the Myersville McDonald's employees provide is nothing short of a 10-star service. The welcoming voice on the intercom, the quickness of delivering the order, and the freshness of the food makes every experience so joyful. One instance, I ordered inside to a smiling, cheerful associate. I left the counter and when returning, he was smiling with my tray perfectly arranged with a hot and fresh breakfast. Another instance, I had a large order for my work team. Not only was it prepared efficiently and FRESH - the associate delivered it to my car with another large smile on his face and reminded me to have a great day. The inside of this location is huge and there are also areas for privacy. It is always clean and refreshing inside. You cannot help but see an improvement in your morning, day, or evening when leaving this particular McDonald's. I highly recommend this McDonald's as it is clearly the best in the United States and I look forward to my return. “Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

I moved to Frederick, so I ordered from this location, so I could pick it up on my way home. I placed an order for pick up based on my arrival time, an hour from when I placed the order.
I got the family platter for the first time. The food was hot and delicious!! We had enough for seconds and leftovers. So much food!

I love Jersey Mike’s so much. I’ve never had a bad experience, but this location a specific employee definitely stood out to me and my boyfriend just bringing good vibes throughout the whole store.
Helpful with our order I noticed that I didn’t say the right breath that I wanted, and he kindly switched me to a different bread without hesitation, even converse, which is nice because you know you don’t do that a lot in food service anymore and even though it’s not part of their job, he still makes it a nice conversation to have connecting with customers
