“So thankful for this location providing an excellent customer service experience. I called four different Dunkin’s before reaching this location. I called the store yesterday morning trying to track down a new blinged out tumbler that Dunkin released, which I just knew would sell out quickly as it would be sold at limited locations. To my surprise the staff member who answered the call stated that there was only one more left. When I asked if they would hold it for me they said sure. I gave them my name and upon my arrival the staff member I spoke to remembered me and went to the back to grab my cup. The staff member mentioned they had just put them out yesterday on Tuesday and by the next day there was only one left, which is the one I was able to get a hold of. Talk about a Merry Christmas to me. A big thank you to the Dunkin’ staff for your AMAZING customer service, you guys rock! This lady runs on Dunkin’ and will make sure to come to this location more often.“

“I’m fairly new to road biking and had just bought a new to me road bike from FB Marketplace. I had sent an email through their contact form which Laurie answered and gave me enough reason to bring my bike to Proteus. I brought my bike in this past Saturday. The first person that greeted me was Paul. He checked over my bike and let me know that my bike was really in great shape and made a few minor adjustments that he didn’t charge me for. He replaced my seat and clipless pedals with flat pedals. Literally everyone in that shop made me feel comfortable and welcome. Laurie, Jeff, Duncan, Andy, Paul, yall are amazing and made me feel at home. I live in DC, but Proteus is my go to bike shop now!“

“The food was delicious and Alejandro was a great server! He was very personable and prompt! We had the salmon cakes, banzino fish, w/greens, red beans & rice. The only thing that needed a smidge more seasoning was the fried green tomatoes. The first time I ordered them they were seasoned perfectly. “Store layout is great! Would be a really good hangout place if no covid to worry about. Their "cold signature milk tea" is the HK style tea and different than the other bubble tea you had. “I didn't order any food or drink during my visit, but I appreciated that the store was clean and well stocked with holiday coffees and merchandise.

Considering how busy the drive-thru was (we had to park in the shopping center's adjacent lot due to the heavy traffic), I was pleasantly surprised to find how attentive the in store lobby service turned out to be. We were only waiting in line a short time before a barista opened a second register to help us. My black Friday shopping was a very low stress experience.“

“This is the best Dunkin in the area. The staff are always polite even when it's busy. There are times when there's a rush of customers, like on Sunday morning, but the staff just get everybody taken care of and in the correct order so folks are happy. It's sad that somebody broke the walk-up window but the staff have adapted. Just ring the doorbell before you enter and they will know you're a mobile order. I hope the company recognizes this location for being high quality and continues to invest and fixes the walk-up window soon. I've ordered here many times and they are always on point. Note to the reviewer upset about the use of Spanish language, this Dunkin location is in the heart of Little Mexico. I'm proud and happy to be an English speaker in this community. It's not hard to learn the Spanish numbers. And the staff speaks English, too, just ask the staff if you do not understand. Most of the time they do report pickup orders in English in my experience. The USA thankfully has no official language and we should embrace our cultural diversity as a national strength. In neighborhoods where the primary language is Spanish I am happy to hear when Spanish is used first, even at chain restaurants.“

The first thing we noticed as we got closer to the entrance was that all of the windows in this property had steel bars covering them. I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." I discovered that you need to be buzzed in by the owner to enter the restaurant as I was reaching to open the entrance.“
