“This is my go-to sushi spot, and every time I come the quality is always amazing. My favorite thing to get is the salmon combo and it does not disappoint, EVER. The mango smoothie is also delicious.

“Amazing sushi! I've tried Kusshi, kura Sushi, and Uzu Sushi in the Rockville area and was not impressed with their quality at all. However, Sushi Toro is always consistent with their quality especially for their price. The sushi tastes amazing and fresh, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a casual dinner with friends. Easily the best sushi I've had in Rockville. Highly recommend!“

“Kema offers the best maki/handrolls in unique styles in Maryland. We are lucky to have Kema in Cabin John and do not need to drive up to Gaithersburg. My recommendation is black magic! Lunch bento is always special. Don't forget having parfait for dessert.“

“Sushi House has been our best kept secret for many years and the quality of food and friendly service never disappoints. The only reason to give atmosphere a lower score is that this clean and simple setting is not designed to be anything but what it is. It is truly a gem and we have not found any of the fancy sushi places around to compare to its food. Shhh don’t tell anybody!“

“The hibachi shrimp bento box was really good. Everything was nicely seasoned. The dumplings and spring rolls were fried but not greasy. The California roll was good too. The quality of their sticky rice for the hibachi was great and they give you a lot. Service was quick and it’s made fresh to order. They ask you if you want teriyaki sauce on top of the hibachi before serving it. All plates come with a side of yum yum sauce. Quiet atmosphere, not the best plaza or neighborhood but it’s always busy and looks like they sell a lot. Will be back.“

“It’s a local Japanese ramen sushi place, the food was pretty decent. We had the tofu bento box, unagi rice bowl and Osaka meat lover ramen. Everything was good and the service was prompt and nice. It was a cold cold week so the ramen hit the spot.“

“I went to Maki for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Although there might be a wait, it’s worth it.The waiters were very helpful and friendly. This place is Vegan friendly and offers full customization when making Ramen. I recommend getting Miso or spicy miso bases and if you want to spice up your ramen I recommend adding fire ball You’re not obligated to have meat in your bowl. If you’re vegan and like sushi, I recommend getting the Garden roll and also the Avocado and cucumber roll. Overall if you are vegan and like Asian cuisine this is the place for you!“

“Truly a gem. The service was above and beyond, the food was excellent with both quantity and quality in spades. We had shrimp tempura (fried beautifully) and I had an amazing scallop burst. I highly recommend it to anyone who is remotely a fan of sushi or Japanese cuisine. There's plenty of variety and it's one of those places that you'll come out happier than when you walked in.“

“It's pretty good I had their rock and roll and salmon lover. 😋 bathroom needs a lot of love soap paper towels and good lighting. Lots of places to sit. Cashier wasnt too familiar with the menu when asked if cooked or raw 🤔. Salmon lover definitely raw still good though. Parking lot is real tight and trashy not their fault but still something to keep an eye out. Id give it another try next time. I wanted for here the cashier still oblivious to my needs but food quality was fair.“
